Nice and clean rooms. Management lack is visible. Google location is worng by around 100 meters. Its not a 3 star hotel as claimed on various websites. Huge construction in progress, because of which little discomfort during stay.Moreover, electric kettle is missing in the room. Need to ask for this basic thing, specially during winter season.

Not very clean. Bathroom amenities are not working properly. They also have a very big dangerous open dog at reception. So you can not argue for any of your reason. Staff is not very helpful. Never come again at this location. Ola or uber is not working at rishikesh. They all are marji k malik.

Good rooms at good price. Car parking is not levelled. Staff is professional but a little insensitive towards guests needs. On websites the hotel is 3 star, but according to the words of staff its not.

Ac not working Lloyd ac is fitting in all rooms and shows the temperature of 16 but cant chill the room till u check out dont waste ur money and very bad room service hate this hotel we took a room of 2200 but no service and no ac working

First of all, my one star goes to the service since they were attentive. Secondly, other services such as water, chairs in balcony, other utilities were absent. I highly recommend not to take the hotel. No value for money

Good location at 10min. walking distance from Lakshman Jhula. Staff appearance might be deceptive but really very helpful and nice people. Allowed late check out by 2 hours almost. Basic rooms and services. Good budget hotel.

I booked Family Room for 3 guests . We had a amazing experience , Family room was big in size and had a great huge balcony . Bathrooms were neat and clean . Service was upto the mark. Staff was polite and helpfully . Over all it was an amazing experience with Hotel tip top will surely visit this place again . And I highly recommend this place to all the travellers travelling to Rishikesh.

The staff is active on call but they don’t have basic hotel management, no water towels soap. No daily room cleaning.

It was wonderfull stay, nice clean rooms with good and cooperative staff. WIFi speed was really impressinve I tried indian food in hotel which worth trying. Morning pranayam in hotel is somthing i like most. Overall value for money. At this price

If hotel is the most rubbish then it is hotel. There is also no basic facility. No towel is given No hand wash soap is given. No TV recharge is available. Everything has to be requested repeatedly. And most importantly, the hotel does not even have a generator facility. If the light goes out, everyone is tied. Hot water is also not available for bathing in the morning. People come out to enjoy. Not to take tension. I go out every year. My age is 46 years. But in my experience so far, I have found this the most rubbish hotel. Hello
