I had very good experience( jan 2020) during my stay. Location is very good , cafe nearby, shortcut way nearby to laxman jhula. Rooms are good , staff are cooperative -i stayed thr for brahamtal trek ,but forgot to get medical certificate.it was evening, Person immediately took me to clinic(4-5 km frm thr) on his vehicle. I have not seen such commitment from staff toward toward their customer. Top floor on one side has good view of stream and other side has open view. Whatever you like. Beds are comfy. Overall very good stay.

Location wise god placeFaced these issues during my 2 day stay-1. Irregular Aair conditioner power supply and water leaked into room2. WiFi not good3. No drinking water(said filter is not working)4. Not helpful service

If I could give it a negative star, I would have even done that. Here is what you can expect:1. Smelly Rooms2. Lethargic, lazy and arrogant staff3. No proper invoices for food.Booked it via OYO. Told them about the service and the fact we are not receiving bills. They did not do anything about it.With so many options available in Rishikesh, I would recommend that you stay anywhere but here.

After a long time, I found a very good hotel at very good location, located very near to tue lakshman jhula, that too in a budget price.Service is good, and other things are available very close to it, like bike rental service or water sports center.Highly recommended.

Stayed here a few times. Rooms with the balcony are really nice. Decent furnishing and nice staff.

Standard cheap Oyo hotel with great service. Situated a bit inside like 300mts or so from the parallel road that connects to Laxman Jhula. Good proximity to the Laxman Jhula, tapovan road and loads of eateries.Clean rooms. Nicely maintained Washroom. Would recommend for a stay.

Worst experience in hotels. It is not a hotel but a little modified dharmshala. No ethics and no standards maintained for OYO rooms. List includes uneasy beddings, old and dirty linen, broken pillows with no view from window. They save complementary soap and moisturisers by OYO, which will be provided only if you ask for it. In the name of free brekfast they give you to choose between sandwiches, toast and aalo puri, which they will provide counting number of heads in the room. Pathetic experience with their illitrate staff.

Only liked the front view & location ... Rest all was negative .. I liked the view facing the live free hostel. Back side is too bad to comment upon . Plus room doesnt get locked in with ease . But staff is ok... Overall it may only pass in competing with others. Wifi is also unstable .. only good think is it is close to lakshman jhoola ( not that too close ) better I say equidistant from jhoola & main road. So thumbs up... Needs better management

One of the finest hotel in rishikesh to be. Amazing view. Hygiene and comfortable. Food was also good. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Perfect for a Budget stay. Right in the middle of Tapovan, so you can pretty much walk to most places in Rishikesh. Also, they arranged for a Rafting team which was pretty awesome.

Stay was good. Service was a bit slow but good. Food was awesome. Snacks are average. Rooms have great ambiance. AC was leaking.

What was good : Well mannered staffs,clean and specious rooms good combination and tasty breakfast.

Location and hotel was good but their manager behave very rudely with online Bookers and telling false information that their food bill is gst but after eating food and left the hotel they are not given gst bill and behave very rudely. I want bill because I was given cash back by my company for only gst food bill but they provide him a false information. I am eating two days their food but after at the end they says we not have gst bill. He must be remove from his duty

I stayed at Hotel Tapasthali for three nights with family, the hotel was very good, staff behavior, service quality, breakfast-food quality, cleanliness, location, infrastructure etc. were all satisfactory.

Comfortable stay. But the location is a bit interior and parking my car was not easy. Room was not smelling very good. Only thing attractive is the price.

Its was worst experience to book a room in this hotel... bathrooms are not clean..drange system fail... AC switch is not available in room...u have to ask reception to on the switch...towels are torned...room services are slow...even breakfast is complementary but they served only one paratha/bread toste which I didnt understand...I got all worst experience in this hotel...Even I asked them to book a bike on rent, they are helpless in that also..I never recommended anybody to stay in this property
