Highly unprofessional and unreliable!I had booked and paid 4 days before arrival at hotel. I called the hotel around checkin time on arrival day that I will come after evening 6 oclock. The owner confirmed if I had paid full amount which I said yes to, so he said we can come and there are no issues. Not once but twice I called and told him. Called him again at evening asking for directions which he gave us. When I reached the hotel, I was told that they had given my room (for which I booked and paid already) to someone else because I didnt answer the hotelier call (network issues). The owner did not even care to inform his staff about my evening arrival even though I called him twice. After an argument for over half an hour he said he has a vacant room for someone else who hasnt turned up but booked 2 days ago. I told the staff that I booked 4 days ago then how come he gave my room to someone else and the other is still on wait. So after another 10mins of ruckus, I was given that room. Even then, the arrogant people were blaming me for it as my cell was unreachable. But what about the calls I made and informed them that Id come after 6pm? Highly unprofessional and fully money minded people! Not recommended at all. Coming to the room - paint was off from walls and the broken walls with cement also coming out was clearly seen. No lights in the washroom, only a single dim light in the room. Room door was even jammed. Washroom wasnt even cleaned. Used soaps of someone living in the room prior to me, was still there at the wash basin. No water in washroom taps or commode, rather 2 buckets of water were given. I just slept for the night and left at 7.30 in the morning coz I just couldnt stand the filth this hotel room was.

Nice and clean place to stay. however not suitable for people with 4 wheelers and there is a narrow lane but for 2 wheeler owners it is good. the location is good as it is near to the laxman jhoola.

Really happy from the hospitality the staff served us with. Caretaker Chandu was an amazing and a very helpful host. Stay was all in budget and hygienic too. All the cafes are of five minute walk from the hotel. They had rooms dormitory and yoga halls too. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who are seeking stays in budget and hygiene.

Average hotel...Only recommend if your budget is max. 600.

Poor experience. Gave our room to someone else without even consulting. Provided us a temporary bed in their dining room, didnt refund our money. The owner was very rude call. Deserves 0 stars

Bunch of cheats. Unclean washroom. Gave us a dirty dinning room with a CCTV camera.

Staff is awesome. The only thing missing was the TV. Apart from that it was a great experience. At this cost, you cant ask for more.
