I have been to this branch for my account which was not active, also i wanted to shift it in this branch. The female employee sits on desk no.1 NM was telling me that because of your account i have to do all the work and am troubling because of it. This is the behaviour and professionalism they show to the account holders.

The staff of this branch is very bad ,especially the sale manager. The sales manager of this branch does not know how to talk. Today I went there and I had a conversation with Monika Gaur(post= ?) and the sales manager, but in the end the sales manager very wrongly told me to take your ID and go from here.
