I actually like this place a lot. Beautiful sweet little place in a corner. With both inside and outside seating. If you are a dog person, you can lay on the lawn and enjoy their company as you eat your delicious food. The place is run by a husband and wife and the wife seems to be an incredible baker. Everyday there is a new bake: apple pie, coconut date pie, special smoothie bowls. I love their avocado toasts, pita platter and smoothies. I think ambience wise and crowd wise it gets a very peaceful environment. The only reason I couldn’t extend five stars even if i want to is because almost everytime i found a hair in my food here. Of course they were nice enough to offer to not charge me for that particular dish for the times i did point it out. But it happened more times than normal and that kinda put me off for a bit. But that I attribute to an unfortunate thing. It definitely doesn’t take away from their merits. So absolutely must visit and enjoy their bowl of the day, bake of the day and other incredible dishes :)

Serene surroundings, great food, and fantastic hospitality. If you want to relax in the foothills of the Himalayas, away from the hustle and bustle of Rishikesh- Secret Garden is the place to be. Do try their pancakes and coffee when you come here. I also had the Ayurvedic Khichadi which was fantasticPS- the multiple doggos that come sit beside you while you eat id a definite plus!

We ordered humus pita and burrito. Service is fast and both the dishes were great in taste and presentation. This place has self service for order placement. They have wifi, an indoor seating and outdoor seating area (garden).

Delightful cafe with no fuss, great food and superb spacious layouts. A bit tough to locate for the first time visitors, however, once inside it engulfs you in its goodness of great smells, cool people and a fantastic menu. Must go not just once but many times, if someone like me who enjoys an organic menu amidst natural surroundings.

It is a nice Cafe for hangout, but I would not recommend it for working because of the constant noise and no power back up. Food is good but a little overpriced. Overall its good to visit once in while for their different varieties and options in food

This place became my second home for a week. Loved the food, the hospitality and the location. This is a landmark cafe of Rishikesh, skip the others and do not miss out on Secret Garden. Their pink smoothie bowl, all of their desserts and their coffee is hands down the best of their menu.

Nice place with garden and indoor space. Comfortable sitting. Tried cheese grilled sandwich and cheese omelet and they were delicious. Latte was good as well.

A hidden gem in the hustle and bustle of Rishikesh. There is a garden where you can lounge around, babies can frolic and you can sip the best coffee in town. Organic beans from Auroville, ground in front of you, extracted with professional precicion. The espresso is exquisite. But, dont stop there. Treat yourself to one of the in-house vegan pastry chefs baked treats while youre at it. Made fresh every day, theyll definitely have you coming back for more. And if all this wasnt already too much, they have you smiling with lovely conversations as well. As the family who owns this place, are such lovely and welcoming beings, going out of their way to make you comfortable, providing toys and hugs to our children while we sip on our chai.

It seems most reviews here are by people who were offered free food for a five star review. Nice strategy. Anyway the staff is very rude ( Especially the arrogant Indian guy) however the same guy seems to be ULTRA NICE to all foreigners. Quite weird, maybe only non-Indians are welcome. The food was nice however you wouldnt even be asked for a menu and/or order. When you order and try to pay for the order, they make very unfriendly gestures and non welcoming faces.I mean if you only want a predominantly white or non-Indian crowd then just state it somewhere, right? Oh sorry my bad maybe they cant do it openly due to the Indian penal code.Not recommended.

One of my favorite places in Rishikesh!! They have good beverages and everyday different types of homemade cakes that are delicious!The decoration is beautiful. I like the way they combined the colors in the space, you can appreciate the dedication in every detail, that makes this place very cozy. The environment outside is really cool, you can sit in the garden and contemplate the nature, meeting new people playing some music, or using the games boards that the place has for borrow.100% recommended :)

I love this place. Its located in a beautiful garden with a view on the jungle. The coffee is very nice. Its for sure the best Ive had in Rishikesh and probably one of the best ever. And the homemade cakes are absolutely delicious. Go visit this lovely place!

Easily the best cafe in Rishikesh. Healthy vegan fair as well as tasty treats (also vegan) are available with a smile and all are made with love.Christines vegan cakes are the star of the show, but smoothie bowls, gluten free pancakes, miso soup, pita wraps, and falafel plates are all amazing! They use excellent quality ingredients and minimal sugar (jaggery whenever possible) and never compromise on flavor!This cafe has been a second home for all of us through lockdown and after. So much gratitude to Sonu, Christine, Deepak, Deepak, and everyone else for tirelessly taking care of us day after day, month after month, and for making us all family when the rest of the world is shutting their doors on strangers.

This cafe is literally a Secret Garden which is hidden from the road.The Cafe is surrounded by beautiful garden .After one finds the place you will be quite happy because aroma of the Homemade desserts & organic coffee welcomes you personally. This is not just any other ordinary place which serves food.. the desserts there have unique flavor and taste. Menu is usually written on the board and their specials is what one has to try for sure.

A hidden gem that is serene, clean and has a beautiful jungle view. Their vegan carrot cake and masala chai is to die for. I’m not a coffee drinker but my friends said it’s the best coffee they’ve had in Rishikesh. Highly recommend!

Got to be one of the first customers here! Such a cute little spot. The expresso and carrot cake were great. Love that it’s right in front of our yoga school. Will be coming here all the time for sure. I hope that there’ll be proper wifi set up soon though.

What a nice café! The café is a little uphill from Tapovan in the east of Rishikesh in a silent oasis in the middle of a green garden. No honking in this area, as you reach it through a dead end road. 😃The owners are very friendly and their son Vivaan (is it written like this?) is just lovely!They definitely know how to make coffee in this place and also the cake was delicious!We are looking forward to our next visit in Rishikesh and will definitely come again.

A favorite place for many tourists. Large beautiful garden and a small room with music and air conditioning. The menu is exquisite. European, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, fusion cuisine. There are vegan / glutenfree / sugarfree options. Prices are above average. Delicious coffee and desserts (carrot cake, home made Snickers bars.Creative atmosphere.I take off one star for serving and serving some dishes. Because sometimes the waiters behave like the owners and are arrogant. And instead of the feta cheese declared in the menu, they bring tofu feta cheese (without warning), instead of a poached egg, an egg with a dense yolk (I often come across this in India) and ketchup instead of the declared salsa sauce 🤗
