We booked 3 rooms after lot of research. It turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Check-in was fast. They even obliged for early check-in. Staff was very friendly. We reached on 10-Mar-2020. It was Holy time. So they had many staff people on leave. But they did their best to meet our needs. Food was excellent. On Trip Advisor, many reviews say food is bad. But from Jan-2020, management is changed. Location is in city center. Walkable distance to the river Ganges (Ganga). Overall, neat and clean rooms. Friendly staff and good food at veryall is good

I stayed here with my friends, room service was quite poor, charger socket was also loose. But but but receptionist covered all the little little flaws. I have never seen such a beautiful lady, at the very first moment we saw her, we decided to stay there without even check the rooms.

Rates are less that’s ok, no parking available, they might call you at 7AM when you are in your deep sleep to park car somewhere else just because shops outside are opening up like they did with me, lift doesn’t work maybe they do it to save electricity, tv picture is not visible due to some issue with its screen.

MJ Inn we booked 3 rooms for stay on 10 March, 2020. It was a surprise to see neat and clean rooms. AC was working without noise. Check in was smooth. Staff friendly. Further, management changed and so even food was tasty. Very nice hotel. I recommend Location very near city centre

Awesome experience at the hotel. Location is an added advantage as this hotel is quite near to the bus terminal and all tourist points like triveni ghat, Ram jhula, Laxman jhula and various ashrams.They also provided complimentary tea/coffee and vaious other amenities like shampoo,moisturizer. Rooms are not very spacious but clean to its core. I am definitely coming back to this hotel.

Very comfortable hotel at lowest cost... Rooms were clean... Front desk staff is polite... But not very supportive... Complimentary breakfast was not so good.. In taste and we have been in the restaurant half an hour before its closing time.. But no food....Rooms were really appreciable... At very low rate...

Good Hotel with Decent Rooms. There were some temporary issue as room lights were gone, which could be attended on but more urgent basis. Lift was not working on few occasions. This might be because it’s a new hotel. Best thing about the hotel is Food. Delicious food but wait time is on higher side so order food at once.

Hi, the overall experience of the hotel was ok. They could have definitely done it better. Its a new property. The rooms were neat but the amenities what was shown while booking was not available. Also the laundry if you check in for one day and give the pair of clothes for laundry they will return in only by next day evening. No water, towels and toiletries were provided when we checked in. There were two staff who were really good and they were helpful.

Excellent rooms, clean and well maintained. Housekeeping is also good. Just the buffet breakfast recipies should be of variety and timely served

Rooms and bathrooms are clean and serviceable. Lack of cupboards or hooks in the rooms to hang any thing is inconvenient. Breakfast is very basic and somewhat slow. Hotel staff is very courteous and helpful. No complaints on that front. Decant stay with some niggling problems. Would be a good budget option at a slightly lower rate.

We had a pleasant stay there.. Will look forward to stay again. The only issue i faced during my stay was, my rooms landline was not working. I had to call on their mobile to order things. Few times they just ignored my calls, but overall it was good💕The reception lady was very sweet and helpful. 😊

The complementary food provided here means the actual meaning of Compliments meaning Sad. The complimentary food is sad , and if the food is ordered from the same Kitchen its good . Please dont opt for complimentary food instead ask for a discount without food its simply waste as the complimentary food is no good.Rooms are Very good , very clean bathroom , the room was welcoming ..... Most pathetic hotel to stay.We booked the hotel since it was from Treebo chain.But experywas entirely different from our previous experiences at Treebo hotels.1. No parking space for your vehicle at all. In a very conjusted area.2. Service is very poor.3. Reception was handled by housekeeping guys when we checked in and now you can imagine how will be the service after that. Receptionist was absent .4. It was kind of lodge in terms of service since very unprofessional people. Some random guys were sitting at night time at reception.5. No inroom dining facility.6. No tea/coffee service to room in night.nothing at all.7. Housekeeping was pathetic.8. They were about to charge for complementary water bottle9. It was third party running the hotel and thats another reason they were not at all responsive to anything10. Shower was not working the room.11. Rooms are very small not worth the money.,....

This hotel located in the market so many things are easily available like transportation etc. Delux rooms of hotel are in very good condition. All Rooms are well maintained and modern furnished. Service of hotel is also good. But food of this hotels restaurant is OK. But because of it is in market, outside food is easily available. Inshort it is preferable place for living. It has also moderate price.

The overall hotel stay was good and the staffs were friendly But the food quality was very bad,the food was stale and the service timing for the same was pathetic. We had to wait for 30 minutes or more for a fresh batch of puris to arrive. Also on our 2nd day of stay we were not even provided butter with toasted bread. Even the food taste was not good. This needs to be improved. Location wise it was near to bus stand, but for the people visiting Rishikesh I would suggest to stay in a hotel near Lakshman Jhula since most of the tourist attractions are located there.

Amenities and property is good. Hotel situated in main market. But service is too poor. Extremely poor. Service must be improved. Also behavior and cooperation of staff in not upto the mark. I gave 2 stars only for property.

Worst hotel I faced during char dham yatra. Only 1 staff for service. No towel for double and triple occupancy rooms. Hotel manager not available. Too much water in tea. Rooms of small size. No parking for more than 2 vehicles. Receptionist behaviour is not appropriate.

Nice and clean hotel. Hygiene is maintained. Food is also decent with complimentary breakfast. Both morning and night shift front desk members (Kratika, Yogendra) were polite and helpful. We stayed for the first time in Treebo and overall it was a nice experience.

Staffs are unprofessional and room not clean as per standard is zero never recommend ,kindly dont stay here.
