I have completed the 200hrs yoga training course at India Yoga and it has been a truly transformative experience. I have been lucky enough to be mentored by great teachers who taught me valuable lessons that I carry with me. Once you approach the course with an open mind and focus on the quality of the teaching you find a great opportunity to grow. The teachers possess a high level of expertise in yoga practice and philosophy. The team at India Yoga is always there trying to address your concerns as they really want you to succeed. I had a wonderful time in India Yoga. Registered for the 300 HOURS YOGA TEACHER TRAINING COURSE. The Instructors were very motivating and inspiring. I learned so much about myself and Yoga. The sessions were very spiritual and gave a divine feeling. A great place to be in, surrounding nature away from the hustle-bustle of city life. I will surely return to this place whenever I get an opportunity.
