Go with agent for easy process and if are willing to do your own..have patience and do online activities and followed by normal test ..its doable by own also

There is no much crowd as of now because everything is digital now. The way they are improving is fascinating

A good staff, may be tou have to wait for some time but in the end you got your work copleat.Rishikesh having good number of population thats why you have to wait.

The behaviour of RTO staff and selection of candidate by RTO was good less time consuming.

Rto office location is on bypass road of rishikesh, staff in hurry but guide innright way . A peaceful environment.. even on a government site..

Still there are dalals as many of the work arent digitised yet. Govt officials are earning two way, with salary and rishwat from dalals. Pathetic health of governance and these govt institutions.

Worst RTO office I have ever been to. RI was nowhere to be found in the office on Monday 12 noon and when I asked staff about his where about nobody have any clue, his no. was switched off. So many people were waiting for him to come. I didn’t get any information about RI wether he is coming or not. So i just waited until 2 o clock n I left.

Very poor service. The driver has to gp pillar to post to get certificate for kedarnath yatra. Several times he has to go for taking xerox. It should be sungle window instead of multiple windows.The devotees from other part of this country are taking bad memory of this procedure.

For Chardham yatra Green card is required. This procedure requires 2 to 3 hours and office timings are from 8am to 5 pm.Plan your trip accordingly
