Very supporting staff, reasonable prices

I bought lg ac 2 ton that time they said 3 services are free first time they call me for service but 2nd time no. When i went to ask them why they are not coming for service they are telling you should call us for service. I said why u did not tell me that i need to call you. Even first time i did not call them they call me for service. Then they said may be it was by mistake. Now they told me charge for service. It is totally worst and unsatisfied answer i got. It seems that they dont want give free service on time. Saving money and cheating customer. Same goes for my nebour how many times they visit shop for service but nobody came for service.. i will never buy product from them.

Showroom is good. Staff was helpful and supporting. If want to buy a TV then i suggest you to but a simple TV not Smart.Smart tv was worst. It doey have much features. Browser was not updated. There was no much apps in there app store.They will show you only amazon, Netflix & you tube.Please ask them to open app store and browser. You cant find jio TV app there or many other apps like Facebook etc.In the showroom it was looking good, but at home you find many bugs in the OS.Or i think LG was not working on their OS. There was not any updates.If you want to buy Smart TV then i will suggest you to go for other brands.It was worst experience with the app store there was not much apps. And the OS was running very slow. It was need to work on them. And please add more apps to your app store.☹️☹️👎👎👎

Lg authorised showroom in Rishikesh. Staff is trained to tell you features of product. But dont forget to bargain on price.
