Kaivalya was the absolute best decision Ive ever made for myself. I completed my training in November of 2017, and I can honestly say that every facet of my life has been improved. It was an incredibly comprehensive course, and required me to push myself physically, mentally, and emotionally, but I felt completely safe and confident through the entire journey. The teachers were generous with their time, knowledge, and hearts, and I still consider them dear friends. My fellow students became like family to me, and our beautiful lodgings in Rishikesh felt like home. The amenities, food, study supplies, and excursions were absolutely perfect. Every day was a joy, an adventure, a new milestone of growth. I would wander the city and see other yoga schools and think to myself, Im so, so happy that I chose Kaivalya, I cant imagine anything better.If youre looking to delve into the true heart of yoga while still enjoying an amazing adventure, Kaivalya is the best and only option.I cant wait to go back.

200 hour yoga teacher training course has helped me by connecting bits and pieces of info I was having on yoga. It made my understanding clear on basics of Yoga. I was introduced to Ayurveda. I increased by flexibility by doing asanas. Overall, it helped me to improve my standard of living.

My experience at Kaivalya Yoga School was absolutely amazing. I have learned and evolved so much in such a short time, the tight schedule comprehends every significant subject, and the utterly interesting and useful information I was receiving in classes kept me motivated and excited to attend each of them. My husband and I enrolled in the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Programme in Oct 2015. It was one of the best experiences of our lives. I went into the programme not really thinking of becoming a yoga instructor, but I left with a completely different feeling.I loved that the course did not just focus on the physical aspect of yoga. I found the pranayama, meditation and philosophy classes enriched my experience so much more. Even though in todays world many people only turn to yoga for the physical part, as a teacher it is essential to experience and learn all aspects of yoga. Kaivalya has done a good job of covering this and teaching it to their students.I would repeat this course and go further in a heart-beat ;)

My journey at Kaivalya Yoga School was wonderful.  Kaivalya Yoga School is best located in Tapovan, Rishikesh, overlooking the Holy Ganga River and many temples.  The place with mountains looks awesome . The training was a great mental, physical, spiritual and cultural experience next to the Ma Ganga river.

I had a inspiring and unforgettable time at Kaivalya Yoga School last September. The training, accommodation, sunday trips, food were exellent and very well organized. Amit and Monu always had time for our concerns. The teachers are very well educated and have a lot of experience by sharing there knowledge and experience. The four week training went to quickly and at home I often remember about the time in Rishikesh at Kaivalya and the people I got to know.Dear Amit and team, thank you for the great experience!

Kaivalya school offers a great teacher training program; the teachers are very nice and open to discussion.The daily schedule is well organised; I really appreciated to practise and the next hour to speak about the theory and principles. It helps to get solid fundations.The accodomations are fine and the local team supportive with any kind of problem; the 3 meals (+ 1 snack) are good and the restaurant team is awesome and does his best to answer our needs.The atmosphere is great; as to feel home for 1 month, in a safe environment.And every sunday something was organised for us to move out, change our minds and discover the surroundings.What was also important for me as travelling for the first time to India by myself is to be picked up at the airport and taken to a hotel booked by the school before being driven to the school the next day. No worry for the student upon arrival!I recommend Kaivalya Yoga School.

Just finished a 200 hr yoga teacher training at kaivaly yoga school a couple weeks ago and i miss the place already. its been a wonderful experience over all, internet was slow at times but with so much yoga who has time for the internet anyway?!? witth very little experience of my own with yoga ive learned a lot and am looking forward to visiting again in the future!
