I was there in August 2021, had a panchkarma treatment for 14 days. I got a lot of pleasure from massages , relaxed completely after long stressful working. Especially I liked a full body massage and sirodhara (where oil drops continuously to a forehead ) - Took 2 times :D The staff are very polite and caring! The doctor is very attentive and helping, offered me the treatment which met exactly my requirements, I really feel how it has improved my health ! The doctor Ashish has very powerful healing hands , he helped me a lot to handle some specific health issue ! The price policy is also friendly ! Thank you so much! :)

We had very good experience at Haritha Panchkarma Center Rishikesh . I was there for 7 days in the month of Aug 2021, with my parents and sisters family. We were treated like a family .Ashish Rastogi, owner of this place made sure we get best experince. He paid personal attention to all therapy and treatments prescribed by qualified doctor. The doctor which did consultation was highly qualified.All staff are well trained in Pachkarma techniques. I got Ayurveda medicines for eczema . For last 2 weeks I see lot of improvements in my condition. My mothers anxiety level gone down and now she is feeling much better . I highly recommend this place. I will definitely go there again . I would like to thank, Dimple Ji, Neha Ji and Rajkamal Rastogi for excellent service they provided. Hotel Staff Balram, Aakash were also very helpful. I have been there with my family in July 2021 for my Mom and Dad’s Panchkarma treatment.We had amazing experience over there. My father was suffering from insomnia and after getting 3 days treatment, he feels good. Now he is able to sleep well. My mother is having bach ache and she is also feeling much better than before.One should plan for atleast 7 days. I will plan again for sure as the Doctor and staff is well trained.Ayurved is far better than allopathic as it’s not having side effects.It might take time to show effects but it will cure your disease completely.

The center is situated in Rishikesh which is also a nice place to stay with friendly staff. I took Ayurveda diploma course which was really appreciable. I had a good time there. The gurus were really great with nice gestures. I would highly recommend the place if you are planning to get some good knowledge and practice of yoga and ayurveda. I did one week massage and therapies course at this school at it was really nice and the teachers are ready to answer to all the questions. Its most a practical corse, which is better for me, because the theory you can learn reading books.I did also 3 days treatment and colon cleaning and I had a doctor consultation which is been really helpful. Im treating my asthma through a natural syrup and also a cyst with natural tablets.I recommend Haritha for everything you are looking for, also for a full body massage. There are 2 amazing girls taking care of you.Namaste 🙏

I took the sound healing class with Yashika, and Im really happy I did! This technique is very powerful, and I could feel the change already in the first day. She makes the students experience first the healing before teaching it, and its great to be on both sides. Yashika is a very lovely and fun teacher to work with. After my 1st level, I chose to make the 2nd level with her. I recommend this course if you want to know more about sound healing!

Therapists are skilled and very welcoming.Atmosphere is also nice (decoration, music).Unfortunately the place is not clean (oil all over the floor and coackroches in the massage room, mud in toilets...).Medical care is neither sincere, I was feeling instead a wallet on feet.I dont recommend this place.

This was such an amazing experience. My three weeks of Panchakarma were Godsend. Both doctors were attentive and caring. The staff - Anita- has an angelic touch!!! Highly recommended.

I did the 14 day ayerverdic massage coarse and the 7day ayerverdic cooking coarse here. My teacher Dimple was very patient and pleasant. I had a three day massage treatment and my therapist Rajni was just amazing her strong hands and warm personality was so therapeutic. She definitely has healing hands. Spa is very clean with relaxing music in the background. Management and staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable it was a home away from home! I love India and the warm and friendly people, cant wait to be back.

I loved the daily early morning meditation sessions by Gurus at Harithaa. These Ayurvedic sessions are easy for a beginner like me and these sessions nourish the soul and mind.

Be Aware....yashika had learned sound healing last month and how come she is teaching Level 1 - 4 , this is cheating with all students, and i will request if she has completed her sound healing show her certificate. she is fooling everyone in rishikesh. she has done her level 1 and 2, not 3, 4 and 5. i have full evedence of her class. she just know basic.As you complete your 200 hours YTTC you cant open school till 2 years of practise, as per Yoga Alliance Rules. then how come some one learn Level 1 & 2 Last month start teaching Sound Healing TTC . it also requires minimum 5 years of experience to teach someone.

I came across this centre when I arrived in Rishikesh. I was curious to learn about some treatments and met Ashish the owner and Panchakarma Consultant who gave me more details about it all, looked around the facilities which are very clean and hygienic, and so I signed up to a week of treatments. I am generally a healthy person but always open to trying new therapies to help the natural cleansing and healing process of the mind and body. I felt the most blissed out I have ever felt and relaxed deeply during and after treatments. I then had a week break and decided to do a second week of treatments! I highly recommend this centre and the Haritha therapists who are all very professional and friendly and make you feel right at home. I will most certainly be coming back for a yearly detox! My expectation was to be rejuvenated after the retreat, I got so much more. It was an experience worth sharing, once you are in the yoga retreat programme, not only you get physical comfort but also the mental calm and wellbeing. Doctors and therapists are very friendly and will help you by connecting with you on emotional level, which is quite a satisfying experience. Recommended for all age groups for an overall well being, physically and mentally.

Hi,My boyfriend arrived in India with Eczéma on all his hands, he couldn’t do anything, didn’t closed his fingers, it was so horrible that we have thought about go back to France because we have seen 2 ayurvedic doctors and nothing changed, it was worst.Then we met the doctor Ashish Rastogi at the Haritha Center, it was our last chance to continue our travel.He took care of him, he wanted to see him everyday, take pictures of his hands and see the evolution of the treatment. He gave him cares during 10 days (panchakarma, medicine, diet). Everyday his hands were better, increasingly. Now he has like a new skin and eczema is finished ! They gave us also good advices to continue the diet in order it’s never come back again. All of the Haritha Center took care of him very well. Really disappointing services.

Thanks to them, I have discovered the science of how to take care of myself. First, you go to the first consultation, where through questions about your day to day and analysis of your body, the Doctor tells you what your Dhosa is and whether or not you are in balance. From there, there is a wide range of treatments according to your problems or diseases and super cheap compared to the rest of the world. Everything is natural and zero harmful to your body. And, above all, it helps you heal and discover the origin of any disease. In addition to my Panchakarma Treatment for 1 month, I did the Ayurveda Massage Course for 15 days and it was great. I learned practice and theory and how to prepare the oils through plants and leaves. A must-do experience on your trip to Rishikesh! I am looking forward to going back to go to your Hybrid Yoga & Ayurveda Courses! Totally recommended :)
