Dherraj Chauhan instructed a small group of our 10 persons over 7 days, one session per day. The group consisted of 2 yoga instructors themselves to 7 people who practice yoga regularly to one person, myself that had only practiced yoga once in my life. Dherraj was able to keep the class challenging, exciting and fun for the whole group. He thoroughly explained each position and willing helped each individual to perfect the pose and flow. Dherraj mixed up each session over the 7 days and left me a non yoga person wanting to keep up the practice of yoga. If you have the chance to take yoga from Dherraj at Drishti Yogshala definitely jump at the chance.
