It was very hard to find a good yoga school in Rishikesh. I googled and found Ayuskama. I decided to go there and i could say this was my good decision. The thing i liked most about the school is the unique combination of Ayurveda and yttc. Both Vinod sir and Neetu maam are amazing teacher. I myself is running a yoga retreat and i will thank both of the amazing teacher for making me this capable in teaching. The place is amazing. All the classes, philosophy, physiology and anatomy was taught very well.If anyone wish to do this unique yttc program i highly recommend Ayuskama.

Wonderful experience at Ayuskama AyurYoga School. I was there for Ayurveda Yoga TTC in February. The head teachers Dr. Vinod and Dr. Neetu are both fantastic teachers, they are a wealth of knowledge who come from a family of Ayurvedic doctors. Dr. Vinod will fill your head with more information about Ayurveda than can fit in your brain, and Dr. Neetu - I love love loved all of her classes, but especially her yoga philosophy classes! She is so knowlegable and a true gem! All the staff are all very caring, warm, and helpful. Shubham, the school manager was always making sure everyone was being well taken care of. Rishi and Pooja did great work in teaching the therapies and cooking classes. I had originally looked into studying Ayurveda in Kerala, but due to my schedule ended up booking at Ayuskama and Im glad I ended up there. Rishikesh was a great place for me as I loved going down to enjoy the beautiful Ganges river often. We went on a field trip to the holy city of Haridwar and got to visit an Ayurvedic garden, Ayurvedic pharmacy, and Ayurvedic hospital (had the best hospital food ever). I wanted to be immersed in Indian culture while learning Ayurveda, from knowledgeable teachers, and I feel I got exactly what I was after. The food was always delicious & fresh. Accommodation was basic but comfortable, I had my own room, my own toilet with hot water, there was construction happening right next door at the time of my stay at the school, so some days were quite noisy, but noise is to be expected everywhere and part of the India experience. Take ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise. :). (Although, I was in their other location at the base of the hill, just before they moved to up to the mountain location, so I imagine the scenery is much better now, with nature sounds and serene). Overall, I had a great experience at Ayuskama and I hope to return again for a Panchakarma treatment!

I have attended the Ayur Yoga School with my boyfriend and we both loved it! The courses are excellent and Dr. Vinod and Dr. Neetu are both very nice, kind and inspiring people. I hope to see them again some day and can definetly recommend the school to anyone!

Amazing teachers,staff,place and best food ever!It tooks me a while to take my décision with a Yoga Teacher Training school as I was not in India yet but I am so glad to have choosen this one.You receive all thé knowledge you need to be a good teacher, you learn à lot about philosophie,ayurveda,yoga postures,pranayama,chanting in a human and friendly atmosphère where everybody has Time to answer to your questions and correct your posture (small groups Is an extra plus of this school).You receive also à personnal ayurvedic consultation and Can start à treatment with thé experiemented and smiling staff.The rooms are cosy and really cleans.Thé place Is calm, near to à waterfall and ten minutes nice walking to the laxman jula bridge.I would be happy to do my 300 hours There.Thank you so much everybody it Is unforgatable.Gaby

I have been a student of ayurveda and yoga at this institution and I simply loved it. Vinod and his wife are among the most amazing people I got to know in India. And the quaility of their courses is very high, too. Considering the price, I think it is absolutely fair and reasonable. I can recommend them to anyone who wants to study ayurveda and yoga. Studding in Ayuskama was a wonderful experience, not only because of learning academic and practice of Ayurveda principals, but also for my life and consciousness. It’s a nice place, with nice teachers and therapists where you can find everything that is needed learn the relationship between ancient knowledge and modern science. In my class we were from different parts of the world, so in this sense I also realize the different expectative and practices of Ayurveda in different countries.It also was a nice experience kwon a little bit more of yourself... you have so near the Gangaji, the nature, and the sadhus that at least you’ll be surprise from the mysticism of India.

I spent five beautiful weeks with Dr. Vinod and his wife Dr. Neetu. They are amazing people and also teachers with great knowledge. I did AYTTC and it was a very good choice. Accommodation and delicious vegetarian food were included. Doctor Vinod and Neetu were always very helpful and friendly whenever we needed something or whenever we had any questions. I highly recommend this school and the whole course.

I came to Rishikesh looking for rest and yoga improvement. As soon as I got here, I feel very lucky on finding Dr Neetu & Dr Vinod here in Rishikesh. She is an inspiring and powerful teacher and her classes fill me with joy and the correct attitude and softer for my later meditation.I would not have been able to complete it without the constant support and dedication from Dr Neetu and the entire Yoga team. I had an amazing time in this school!!!!!during 30 days i learn a lot about yoga an ayurveda!!! I felt very welcome ,Dr Vinod and Dr Neetu are lovely , caring people! This school is growing,now they have amazing facilities. The hotel is situated in Tapovan near the ganges with amazing views.They also provide real ayurvedic meals. Staying there and taking the yoga course or an ayurveda course you can experience a real ashram! im looking forward to go there again soon,i miss Rishikesh,i miss pure yoga ,i miss Vinod and Neetu!!!!!Wish you all the best

I have personally received treatment and Panchakarma from Dr. Vinod and Dr. Arun at Ayuskama. Their knowledge of Ayurveda and Yogic health is well versed and practiced in a professional manner. They are both very attentive to their patients and encourage the study of Yogic Science to help patients become a student of their own health and spiritual growth. I highly recommend Ayuskama for the study of Ayurveda and also the treatments of Panchakarma and Yogic purification.

I have been at Ayur Yoga school for 4 weeks with Dr. Vinod and his wife Dr. Neetu and the yoga teacher Vikas and it was an amazing experience!They are beautiful people and also teachers with great knowledge. They living following what they teach. I have been in their home, with their family and you can feel the beautiful they are! What school include something so private??!I did AYTTC and it was a great experience! Accommodation and delicious vegetarian food were included. Dr. Vinod, Dr. Neetu and Vikas were always very helpful and friendly whenever i needed something or i had any questions.Dont lost yourself in the jungle of Yoga and Ayurvedic schools in Rishikesh but go straight to this school! Hope to go back to them as soon as possible..
