Awesome apartments to stay in Risan. We have booked a big 2 floors room with superb sea view. 5 minutes to nearest beach. 15 minutes to our perfect beach ☺️ few minutes to nearest products shops. With own parking for visitors cars.Our room had a kitchen, bathroom, second floor bedroom and terrace.We will definitely visit this place again. And you should too. Thanks for this amazing week at Risan.As a bonus I found DH trail near Risan so probably next year I will visit this town with my bike 🚴‍♂️ and Risan is a great place for early morning runs at the mountains 🏃‍♂️

Positive: Apartment was perfect - modern and cozy with everything you need and more. It’s super close to the beach (just a street in between) and there is small very nice beach there. I would recommend it to everyone very happily..

Positive: Everything was fine View on Bay of Kotor 500 m from Roman mosaics in Risan. Negative: nothing special Like everywhere in Montenegro, houses often have no number. Only streetname, which sometimes makes it very tough to find the apartment..

Positive: My stay was okay, but I couldnt get really enthusiastic about anything. The price was okay, quite cheap, as it was off-season.. Negative: Quite a few things: 1) I booked a large apartment, but ended up getting a very small one, probably because the host found it easier to have to clean a smaller apartment. 2) The place was quite hard to find, difficult to access with a very steep and narrow downhill road; on arrival there seemed to be no one around: the place was dark, with just a dog barking ferociously; when I saw a man walking on the premises that I thought might be part of the apartment, and I asked him if this was the apartment, he just shouted something in a grumpy manner, and further ignored me. It later turned out this actually was the right apartment, but he probably didnt know I had just booked it; 3) the host was not unfriendly, but I didnt feel really welcome. I had to make my own bed, the TV didnt work, and overall te facilities were uncomfortable: just a sofa, no proper table; kitchen cabinets were blocked by a stove etc. When I checked the Booking.com website again to check what apartment I had actually booked, I found that all of a sudden ALL the apartments were no longer available: supposedly they decided it would be easier not to have any guests in the off-season, after I had just booked.... doesnt exactly make you feel welcome..

Positive: The navigation to the apartment was easy, parking was available and the host was kind..

Great location. About a hundred meters from the sea and the highway. The view from the yard and the terrace to the bay is invaluable. The apartment is well equipped, hygiene is at a high level, and the hosts are friendly and communicative.

Положительный: Апартаменты находятся в старом здании, в котором сделан отличный ремонт со вкусом, но здание сохранило свою историю. Рядом с морем, очень уютно, приятная и гостепримная хозяйка. Удобный, ортопедический матрас, красивые стулья, хотелось подольше побыть). Негативный: Немного шумно, так как рядом дорога, но в спальне шума не было слышно.

Positive: Ottima veduta sulla baia e disponibilità dei gestori. Negazione: I vicini di appartamento non rispettavano il silenzio notturno ridendoci alle spalle. Non è stato piacevole.

Положительный: Отличное расположение в небольшом тихом городке, который имеет все что нужно для отдыха, несколько ресторанов, магазинов, небольшой парк, пляж. Очень приветливые хазяева, обстановка как дома на даче. Жилье чистое со всем необходимым. Имеет отдельный вход и крытую веранду с великолепным видом на бухту..

Положительный: Отпуск прошёл на ура! Хороший чистый апартамент и приветливые хозяева. Хорошая погода ,великолепный залив и тихий уютный городок ..

The RISAN apartment is recommendable. Purely in a beautiful place hosts willing to help. There are several beaches, not all can be seen in the goggles map. Clear water can be dived, lots of fish, several restaurants to choose from not too expensive. I would recommend !!!

Super village compared to other available apartments. Peace and quiet, everything is new. Top polka when it comes to Montenegro. A bit far to the center, but bearing in mind the earlier experience with Baosici is great.Classroom service, chilled wine upon arrival.

Положительный: Заселились не впервый раз, мне нравится здесь все, стильно, чисто, много света, очень приятные и гостеприимные хозяева. Негативный: К сожалению мы слишком мало времени провели в этих апартаментах😃.

Positief: Makkelijk te vinden en vlakbij mooiste stad Perast op loop afstand..

Positief: Dicht bij zee, een rustige plaats. De andere badplaatsen zijn erg druk in de zomer.. Negatief: Wij waren met 6 personen. De slaapbank is geen aanrader. Bedden waren wel goed..

Záporný: Moc malý pokoj pro 4 lidi, není žádné soukromí. Tento pokoj by měl být nabízen pouze pro 2 lidi nebo rodinu, která má dvě děti..

Pozytywna: Lokalizacja jest Ok. Miasteczko czyste w porównaniu z Ulcinj, w Ulcinj BRUDNO spaceruje się pośród samochodów dopiero w nocy jest zakaz jazdy !!!.

The warm welcome of the hosts left pleasant emotions. Homely, cozy atmosphere has a good rest, close to the apartments is a cool beach. Quiet beautiful place.

Positive: Domaćini su prijatni ljudi.. Negative: Jako loš pristup objektu, neprofesionalno je da ljubimac (inače potpuno bezopasan) laje oko gostiju, pravu buku, plaši goste. Kuča je kamena, jako je teško zagrejati prostorije kada je loše vreme..

Positif: La propreté, lemplacement proche du centre, la qualité de la literie, la décoration de lappartement.... Négatif: La vue sur la mer qui donne surtout sur la route, donc pas mal de bruit (circulation).

Pozitiv: - apropierea de plajă - amabilitatea personalului - liniștea - curățenia. Negativ: -.

Positive: Sve je bilo u najboljem redu.Rado cemo preporuciti ovaj objekat i domacine prijateljima i rodbini..

Положительный: Выбрали данные апарты в ходе поездки по причине непредвиденной отмены существующего бронирования. Хозяева сразу же вышли на связь и высказали готовность нас принять! Апартаменты ждали нас очень чистыми. Саша встретила все показала, рассказала. Необычное расположении прямо на перед дорогой, от в которой 20 метрах минипляж. На следующий день обнаружили отсутствие в апартаментах туалетного ершика, жидкости для мытья посуды и порошка стирального, а также был всего один винный бокал. Написали хозяевам, пошли купаться, вернулись через полтора часа, а все уже на месте! Супер! Непривычный интерьер по началу, выглядит внутри все дорого богато)) Зарастет вход растительностью посильней и будет еще интересней. Предполагается парков на 1 авто у дороги непосредственно справа от входа в жилье, но 5 дней, которые мы там жили его занял какой то серб, которого так и не нашли, чтоб освободить место. Но рядом всегда находилось местечко, да и хазяева помогают, если что. Кстати именно номер в каменном доме расположен у дороги, остальные апартаменты, и там же живут хозяева, находятся поодаль от дороги. Чисто, в целом комфортно. Неплохой вариант для пары.. Негативный: Первое что замечаешь - апарты у дороги. В основной спальне при закрытых окнах и дверях почти не слышно, а вот в гостинной громковато будет. Лично я бы плоха спал в таком шуме от дороги. Поэтому вдвоем нормально! И присутствовал запах влажности и плесени в углу спальни за тумбочкой и в ванной периодически. По мелочи: протекала душевая кабина, но снаружи тоже есть слив. В целом все было сносно, угостили винцом домашним:).

Pozytywna: Apartament czysty, bardzo dobrze położony. Z tarasu widok na piękną okolicę. Świetne miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania Czarnogóry. Bardzo gościnni i pomocni Gospodarze-Dziękujemy Tobie Radan i Małżonce!.

Pozitív: Gyönyörű környezet, kedves személyzet.. Negatív: Az apartman a hegy oldalában fekszik, nehéz megközelíteni autóval és gyalog is. A tisztaságra figyelhetnének jobban..
