Maybe my favourite place in Riga :))) so lovely and relaxing place. I really like this old wooden house and the terrace. the location is great, and there are so many tea to choose. the staff is very friendly. I enjoy sitting on the terrace and chill :D

Just like the other Apsara tea house closer to the city, this was definitely our favourite tea/coffee house in the world! So tranquil, and the floor seating upstairs is such a unique setting. Lovely place to sit back, relax and read a book while having tea/cake.

A very cosy tea and coffee shop with a very warm and friendly atmosphere. The shop has two floors and looks out into the park.

Its just an adorable place where you can pick a tea type from a big collection of herbs from the different cultures and enjoy it with some cookies or a piece of cakeAnd for couples you can have a sit in the 1st floor with a beautiful view to the riverI would give it a 5 starts if its larger 🙈

Great place to chill over a lovely brew

Lovely place, but a bit pricey, especially for cakes and cold, I had to stay in my winter jacket. I would like to escape cold street to have a nice tea and get warm, while Im chilling or working with the laptop. Instead for 2 hours Ive spend here I always felt myself a bit uncomfortable as was cold.

Nice and cozy tea house with a lot of selection of tea types. Nicely decorated. It can get quite crowded at times. I wish staff were more helpful and friendly though. Matcha latte was nice, but coffee was average.

A little surprise for us, finding this place in the park, offering only tea and coffee. The teas are amazing, it has to be at least 50 different kinds, and everything you like.The place is cozy inside, to say the least, and has a nice veranda where you can sit and watch the people passing by.

Nice cozy place with good Service. You can sit on pillows upstairs, although it seems that it is not cleaned frequently. Still a nice experience.

Our favorite tea house to go to in Riga. The loft with pillows to sit on is unique and cozy. Excellent variety of teas to choose from. A little more expensive than your average tea house in Rivlga but I think theyve earned it with the quality and selection of teas available. They do have some cakes to choose from but they are only average. The tea is definitely their strong point. My husband loves their cappuccino as well.

Love this place. Its a bit pricing but their range of teas are brilliant, also do coffee and some snacks. Their wrap is a must try for tourists. Good seating inside and outside. Really nice feel to the place just sitting on cushions

Beautiful tea house in the city centre! You still can buy coffee inside. Its not expensive. The only food you can buy there are cakes and cookies.

Love this place, nice and clean, good drinks, and you can lay down outside, on a big pillow with views at the park! Good place to have your coffee and relax!

This place is not bad, but some staff behave weird and disrespectfully, I really wanted to come to you one day, but I need more respect good behavior from staff. Please, solve this problem as fast as you can!

Tea is quite pricey, but worth it. A lot of tea choices. The place itself is very cosy and romantic. During the winter you can cuddle up on the matresses on the second floor, but in summer - outside.

Had a wonderful time in Riga. The tea house is amazing. You can have a nice cup of fine tea, read the news paper or talk to each other. If you are in Riga, you have to go there.

Love it! Regular tables downstairs. But if you go upstairs youll have to sit on pillows. Comfy to enjoy a wide selection of loose teas and yummy biscuits

Been in Tea House before as well but this time customer service was absolutely terrible; unfriendly&arrogant staff with unwelcomed attitude towards customers. Even charity volunteers give you a smile!

Ok. If you want to be treated very badly by the staff, and watch local men piss in front of you, this is the best place in Riga for it.The staff are obviously paid badly and so they take it out on their paying customers. Of course, Riga is a lovely clean city with hundreds more good Tejas Namu and welcoming staff. Just not this place.

I was a loyal costumer for many years, but recently we came in together with my husband and sleeping baby in a praam - i wanted to have tea and cake, but my husband was not up for anything - all first floor was empty. Dark-haired lady at desk told us if my husband is not getting anything we must leave... More comments needed ? This is about tea house located right in Vermanes park, on Elizabetes/Terbatas streets. I hope other tea house on Barona/Raiņa still should be fine :)

The tea house itself is an extremely nice place. The stuff, however, tends to be very rude. Overpriced for Rīga as well.

As the name of the shop, tea is the main cafe. In a house cafe with a corner of the park, there is a fireplace in a warm wooden building and it can be very calm. Original cakes and cookies are offered at reasonable prices. There is low sofa on the second floor and it can be done very slowly, but the locals seem to be really slow, and it is gentle because it is delicious if it takes two hours or more for tea.

Cute tea house. In a quiet and calm atmosphere, you can relax. We ordered two pot tea, pumpkin cake, chocolate cake and it was affordable, 11.98 €. A lot of local people were visiting, but the staff was friendly and was able to speak English.

It was a very calm atmosphere. It is similar to a smart cafe in Japan. There were few people, but I was able to spend time calmly.

When I have 3-4 hours free I try to treat myself to delicious tea. This house has a good selection. Cozy atmosphere on the second floor. You sit on cushions and look out of the large windows while sipping tea. It is also very convenient to read a book.
