Bad experience I have ever had at Epson Service Centre , Rewari on 13 June 2019...When I and my friend Deshraj came to this site for service of our Epson L355 printer...When I sit on customer chair after handed over the printer to the staff . One of the employee (not knowing the name of person)asked us to sit on another chair , saying that these chairs are shattered and you may fall down...So we sit on another chair and we both sit close to each other so that we can talk to each other.. The same person who asked us to sit on these chairs shouted rudely at me saying that , ye office hai tum yaha aise nahi baith sakte , ye tumhara ghar nahi hai.. tumhe sense nahi hai.. also he said tumne chair Ko apni jagaha se move kiya hai...I think this employee has no sense how to talk and treat with customers....Us ke is behaviour ki vajah se m ab kisi Ko bhi Epson ka product Lene ki Salah nahi Dunga ....Or na hi khud lunga...At last when I asked his name , he told me his name Ravi....So I was mistreated at Epson service centre, Rewari by Mr. Ravi
