Useless bank and pathetic service( Specially this branch)..looting people

Worst employees. They thought they are God. Such a worst condition of standard banks. Same on them.We have to follow up every day. And while I visit bank that manager deepchand, he left bank and stay on call for one hour. I was waiting inside and he left. No respect for customer. Throw them out.

I faced one of the worst service in hdfc branch Model Town Rewari even they don’t know how to behave with customerWhen they want to sale their product they behave in good manner but at the time of Redressal they behave like an unknown person even they don’t guide the customer what to doThey gave too much charge on the credit card in the name of hidden charges and some other charges and even I have taken loan of 27 lakh rupees from this bank but after some time they increased the rate of interest on my loan accountI have bitter experience in both the cases and suggest not to take service of this banks in place of this bank u may opt for government banks initially u may face problems but then u don’t have any problem in future
