Yesterday on 16 Aug 21 this was my first visit since my scooty was having issued of lights. The experience was worst. After discussing the main issue they have change the oil and done general servicing with headlight tube change instead of focusing to change the day lights and the headlight. The bill was made for 1114.00. After a lot of discussion they took the vehicle to remove the oil and put old one used for which I was not agreed and made a rebate of Rs. 195.00. My vehicle light is still not working for which I spent around One thousand and spoil my whole day in such hot climates. My experience is worst, advise staff to learn improve their overall skill and relationships.

This is the official TVS workshop in the town.Everything is fine except the waiting room area.The work done here is perfect.

I took tvs jupiter one year ago and lasted only 8000 km approx. No Mechanical Problem Solved Even After Stating Too Many times. When the mechanical problem was revealed in the TVS workshop, he said that such problems occur in TVS Veh. These guys not give any response to the customer in your workshop. Dont go for TVS.

It is official centre of TVS in Rewari. Located outside the city on Rewari-Delhi road opposite side. They have a waiting area for customers if it time taking. Quality of service rendered is okayish (you know these automobile companies right). There is also one fuel station near to it if you are in need. Always call before going there to confirm the service.

Good services .......job oriented engineers ....all this is not there now ...ruined by staff ...no queue management, engineers are using mobile continuously during work, supervisor just sitting on table and seeing all this stuff. Not up to the mark. Next time not gonna visit.

I have purchased TVS Sports two years ago.. good sale and service staff.

Staff is poor in communication . They cant give you update . You have to roam here and there for enquiry like earlier govt. Banks. My vehicle meet with an accident so i droped my vehicle there for 15 days but still not any update from there side . They are not good in customer dealing my personal experience.

I want to buy a scouter Tvs Jupiter . For that I have visit Tvs dealership at Kunal Auto Rewari , Haryana to get the quotation. As per quotation base price of tvs Jupiter std is 50760 rs but as per tvs official sight its 50365 rs(Only scouter price ) . For tvs Zx base price is 53700 rs at dealer (Kunal Auto) on tvs official sight its 52578 RS.When I ask from the owner of Kunal auto about price difference ,He says our quotation is ok and price listed on Tvs sight is wrong. Is it relay possible that a Tvs official sight show customer a fake price ? And if its true then how can we believe that all the information related to bike performance is true , calmed by tvs official sight.Please clarify why there is a difference in between dealer and Tvs Official sight price .I have a written quotation from Kunal auto if you have required i can share the same.

I just go for my apache 180Rtr service. after two days a call was there for me frm kunal Tvs. they Ask me for the feed Back. i told them that a little problem was there the disk brake pad was making some unwanted sound. so the reply that. sir u came to the service we will chk it out. then i say okh. after that she told me that sir please give a good feed back and i will consult your problem. them i give. A Grade. she told me to come service centre and also told me that if there is a call from HEAD OFFICE than plz gave the same High Grade. next Day i was at the showroom I ask them for my prblm then their is no reply from the staff. still single sentence PLZ WAIT SIR. I waited there for 1 hours but no action. No job card nothing else.Than I understand that the feedback call was for only high Grade and for the employee Promo. nothing else. 😞
