Hi concern,I bought this phone on 24th december 2020. All the problems which I am facing are already mentioned in trailing mail but even after 71+ days I am not getting any solution. Now I am totally fed up.(11th Feb 2021) i visited the Samsung authorised care center in rewari to get back my phone. At the time of delivery of my phone I found that there is a major dent on the upper top corner.I want to clear one thing that there was no dent on my phone when I submitted to the center.  When i asked Mr. Yashpal yadav about the dent then he said there was a dent on your phone when it was submitted to our center. @ Currently my phone is available in rewari center and i will not use that phone again.Note- Now i dont want that phone. I want a new phone or refund my money otherwise i will go to the consumer court. Then you guys will see what a customer can do in these cases.  Dent photo is also attached for your reference.

Most pathetic people in here. No customer assurance. You have hired deaf people in here that are unable to hear customer questions. Very bad experience. Shameful Shamesung !! These guys are here to just spend their day, no actual job done is being done here. Pathetic customer service. 0 stars

Opens at 9:30amAnd close time is given 8:00pm but they shuts nearly 5:00pm

I am a samsung mobile customer. My incident is last night my mobile was not switch on but indicate charging. Next day I am going to Samsung care rewari at 2:30 pm .give to my mobile to mobile care and wait .After 3 hour I am asking to samsung asucative where is my mobile and my mobile repair or not and he said your mobile was not repair.i was show all customer was gone to home but my phone was not repair he took my phone on side and he repaired only friend, relative. I am asking why my mobile not repair.he said wait some time .I am waiting one hour then I go and asked .he said your mobile mother board was not working replace it and I said how many price he said 9500/- .I am surprised my mobile price 11000/-. I took to my phone and repair in local shop .he said your mobile touch light not working it replace. In price 2300/-.my mobile fully ok.Samsung service not responsible, very poor service, behaviour not ok.

Get mobile screen replaced, operator has put dent mark and after 3 months new screen also not working showing black dot marks inside ,,no expertise of team. Just waste of 3800 rupee

I loved it this Service Center and Samsung Products and accessories also because it gives our best work to fulfill our need of the customers. He can explain all the things which we need and best product provide and accessories also but one things to be sad is color problem in the earphones . Mostly Blue Color is not available in the centre
