Hotel is good but manager behaviour is very bad they don,t no how to talk customer specialy the guy in night very bad behaviour I,ll gave 3 star because of hotel is very clean please u should teach your manager how to treat customers.

Dear sir,.............. It was warst experience with residency at rewa.1- there were no service2- toilet was too dirty3- there was no cooler even they charged,.4- food order was too delay5- no coperative staffOverall my experience was too bed with this hotel I will never suggest anyone to go there and stayJeet residency was one of bed hotel

The place are good but the room service its very slow.

First, I was given badly managed room. But when I objected strongly, then it was changed in the evening. The changed room was better, neat and clean, well lighted with AC and TV + channels. Service was quick. Food was also of quality and taste.It was my second visit to this hotel. When I visited this hotel 2 years back, the standard and management was really awesome. But it has declined considerably. Still I recommend this hotel.

We found lizard on our bed. So please check your room carefully before checkin.You got written hot water time : 7AM : 11PM in bathroom but till 11AM we cant getting hot water.Also they committee for hot water at the time of check-in but no getting hot water in tap. They provided us by bucket...!Not recommended.I am highly Dissatisfied.

Good hotel in Rewa. The rooms are nicely maintained. The only problem is parking place. Parking is a small porch in front of the hotel door which is congusted. The restaurant is small but nice ambience and reasonable rates.

Ghatiya service... na time pe order ata hai na food quality hai.. aur khana ek dum thanda..Billing to bhaiya 5star hotel ki h...Regular customer hone ke baad bhi ghatiya service.
