The staff is arrogant if you ask something they will surely reply you but in very unsupportive,inexperienced,rudely manner. There staff were acting like the were the the owner of JIO and doesnt want to provide any service to the customers. I will suggest you to shift in Airtel.

The staff is somewhat arrogant. You have to wait 2-3 minutes to get reply from them to your query after asking again and again.Store is somewhat poorly organised.

Very bad service of jio Gigafiber across india, they are just ridiculous. Since its been 4 days there is no internet in azad nagar they are not doing anything.

You can change your plan of jio prepaid to postpaid,it is official store of jio,you can also get new sim and jio fiber service from here,also jio phones can be repaired here

Such fake people are they. I went there because my Jiofi device was not working. They kept my device and asked me to come at 2 PM noon. I reached there 3 and they returned my device and said it is working good. After taking their belief I reached home and started my device and I saw device still not working. Such fake people they are. I asking jio service managers to look matter and care about the customers.

New jio store in university road rewa small stores along with new red building angoori it controls whole rewa jio setups peoples are good they were too much busy u need to wait sometimes to complete ur work in store I went for jio mnp request for jio to jio mnp only state change request only because this request is denied by most of retailer because they can port only from other operator to jio but I already have jio connection but I want to change jio state circle only to mp this request is only completed by authentic jio store office I given request they process my request & said for next 5 days to complete & it has successfully completed my no ported out thanks to jio store family if u r facing this issue kindly visit following jio store because no one normal retailer take this request and rest service is good.
