He ido a imprimir unos documentos y de uno de ellos me han imprimido la portada en A4 y una parte del resto en A3. Cuando la dependienta se ha dado cuenta, me ha dicho si los quería en A4 (por entonces ya llevaba 20 pág en A3). Le he dicho que obviamente NO y que no los iba a usar porque los necesitaba en A4. Aún así me los ha cobrado sin decirme nada. Cuando me he dado cuenta y he ido a reclamar, no me ha querido devolver el importe de las fotocopias que no iba a usar. El trato no ha sido el adecuado, ha sido muy desagradable. Siempre voy a comprar allí y YA NO VOLVERÉ MÁS
