Costly but service is up to the mark.I got a laptop delivered in 2 days.

I have never experienced such an worst service, online its showing that parcel was delivered but they not even make a call, and on enquiry I came to know that they are keeping that parcel with them (in reniguta branch office) since 10 days and saying that it got stucked somewhere else and two days back they updated in online that parcel was delivered.

Its worst service. Didnt delivered, but showing status as delivered.When I contact only know courier is available at renigunta branch. They didnt try to deliver and no call from DTDC.Worst case I faced.
