Tried to order of uber eats with a voucher... but no drivers for delivery... yet when I ordered of just eats at full price, they had a driver.Ordered the 12 meat feast munchie box, chips were soft, and guessing lots of small chips ( must of been bottom of bag), meat was enjoyable, chicken was good, not to crispy.... salad was brown and looked old and was not eatable. Nan bread was quite good.Delivery was fast and went ok, with no problems.I would order it again, it was good value for money , and would recommend it.

Pizza doh not cooked pizza was cold asked for the salt and pepper chips which was actual salt and cheap brown pepper which I could have don my self falsely advertising and was extra charged for the cheap brown pepper and salt

Ill start with the positives. The Rubicon Mango drink was wonderful, (I already had this at home in the fridge). Ordered mixed kebab in nan, seafood pizza and chips. The chicken tikka in the mixed kebab was ok at best, the lamb, once I recognised what it was, was tough and tasteless. The donner meat, well, the donner earned the one star above because it must have taken some special wisdom by the chef to manage to take any hint of taste or flavour out of it, his extraction techniques were on point, it was blander than Gordon Browns personality. This leaves the Pizza, it was greasy, the toppings were mostly on the bottom of the lid and it looked like the oven spat it out in disgust within 5 seconds of it being put in which makes me wonder why delivery took over an hour and 20 minutes. Would I recommend it? Not on this occasion, or any other.

Not had a carry out from here in ages used to be the best Kebab in town it was absolutely rotten plus the salad was tasteless chillie sauce was to thick very disappointing

Best kebab ive had our of here for ages. Donner meat was nicely seasoned, the salad fresh and crispy, the chilli sauce spot on and finally managed to get a green chilli with my kebab, even if it was only one was a nice surprise. Faith in cafe india restored for time being. Keep it up guys, keep the quality paramount

Had a take away last time it was lovely but tonight was Really poor, 1hour and 30 mins delivery, delivery driver smelling of weed, paid the guy £25 including tip, food was really cold, pink and green and blue mould and on the polystyrene there were mouse/ rat bites couldn’t eat my dinner at all never again would I go back waste of money as I had to put straight in the bin. Partner had a donner kebab with extra cheese it was cold and not cooked properly, there was no any effort at all no even appetising to eat all.

Worst kebeb Ive ever had. Had the first kebab with chips and the donner was cold and old. Went back in to tell them and they gave me another one, heated the donner for the chips and didnt give me a fresh cut. Had to bin it cuz even though I know that many takeaway sell yesterdays donner but honestly this one was next level. The donner cut was thick slice and because heated in the microwave it became dry and hard. Wont recommend this place.

Love curry and use them on a regular basis. The food is cooked in front of you. Ps feel free to add or take away ingredients. There very accommodating and friendly. 5 star

Ordered at 20 past 11 recieved the food at 20 past 1. We waited 2 hours for literally cold food. Cheese that had been melted at one point and had since solidified. Pizza was wrong. Kebab was wrong. 2 hours late. The sauce tubs were dirty. Absolute waste of food as it all went in the bin.

Good place for a quick snack if youre on the way home from the pub etc. Food slightly better than average but a bit pricey. I have added this comment over a year after my original 4 star review as the place has gone downhill, placed an order for delivery at 11 pm on a Saturday night and was told half an hour for delivery, after a few phone calls it arrived 90 minutes later freezing cold so phoned and told them to bring a hot replacement meal which they said they would, I phoned again and was told it was on its way but it never arrived by the time the shop closed at 2 am, I took the whole lot back and got a refund and they asked why I didnt heat it up in the microwave and I told them that if I wanted to cook my food I wouldnt have ordered a take away,

Placed an order on line for collection ( paid 50 pence for the privilege of using their site !!). Specifically stated no onions on one pizza. Collected, went home, opened box, and pizza full of onions ( was tied in bag when collected so couldnt reasonably check. Couldnt get through on phone to advise, so quickly ate my Indian meal before it went cold, then took pizza back to shop for replacement.Asked to have minor compensation for my time and fuel waste, plus wife and I eating at seperate times. A pakora, larger pizza, not to get something for nothing, just as a nice gesture from them to recognise their error.Told no chance, heres your Pizza.My opinion, that is poor customer relations.Money is all that matters to them. Will find another Indian.

Sent me frozen prawns, could have got food poison. Never sent popadoms. Then again didnt send popadoms. Called to complain and was given attitude, said theyd send them. Didnt arrive. Will never be back. Total last of respect. Woman was an absolute rooaster on the phone

Food completely tasteless, veg pakora was 90 percent undercooked batter. Bottle of coca cola was completely flat. Very poor quality.

Good as it is open late on weekends when I finish work and there is nothing in the fridge but its not top quality food, good drunk food I would say as thats where they make most of their money. Pizzas are pretty good.

Phoned them for five years since moving local all was good until about six months to a year ago service went down hill.Ordered one cheese pizza two chips and cheese, mozzarella melts a donner kebab and a hot and spicy burger labelled as not for the faint hearted I got one portion of chips with Im still trying to figure out brown/orange sauce on it no kebab two pizzas and the burger was a cheap frozen thing with a dollop of sauce to make it not for the faint hearted sent the lot back the burger was mine so I asked the shop what was about and they said we always sell them like that that was the fourth time Id ordered from them this week and the last forever.

Ordered online for pick up and when I went in they apparently never got the order even though I received an online confirmation of the booking. So I returned home and phoned the same place ordering food and they never turned up. Staff seemed like they couldnt be bothered. Wont be returning

Was told delivery would be 45-60 minutes. After and hour and a half I call and ask where my delivery is and was told it’s on the way without even telling him my name or my order, he then hung up. It arrived nearly 2 hours after the order was made and the driver got told to ram it.Have a look on just eat and you’ll see this is a very common problem with this place.I contacted just eat through online chat and managed to get a refund. TOP TIP: always pay cash, if it turns up late then you can tell them you don’t want it and you won’t be out of pocket.

I have stayed in Renfrew for 35 years and have been ordering from Cafe India since it opened however, this will be my last order. I requested the food be delivered at 6pm as I had family visiting before then and the food was delivered,semi hot, at 5:40pm which indicated it had actually been cooked some time earlier. I also purchased salt and pepper chips as I have had them from other carry outs and enjoyed them but to charge an extra 50p just to season with salt and pepper is disgraceful, these are just chips with added salt and pepper not any special kind of chip. Usually neither of these issues would cause me to call restaurant to complain but the food was not that hot when delivered. Upon calling I was told it was delivered early as the driver had some other deliveries to do in my area so, basically my food choice was ignored as it was easier for Cafe India, a great way to engender brand loyalty. Re the chips I was told that is the way they make salt and pepper chips, again you do not make salt and pepper chips you make chips and season them!!!! When questioned about the additional cost of 50p for the privilege of having them season your chips, (now I know this is not a great amount but really 50p to add salt and pepper goodness help you if you want salt on your fish and chips) I was again told that is just how they make them.So as a customer please dont expect your requests to be covered if it gets in the way of their driver having to make 2 trips to the same area (but thats what I thought a delivery charge covered and I am literally a 3min drive from the shop) but you should be ok if you like getting ripped off, again I know its not a big amount but its the principle, especially when food was lukewarm.I for one will NOT be ordering from there again, the 2 stars are only for the food which was quite good even when lukewarm, customer service and delivery would get zero stars if there was an option

Turns up an hour and 45 minutes after delivery freezing cold. Phoned to complain spoke to Asian man told food should be hot as sent out in heat bags with no apology just blamed driver . Checked in drivers car no heat bags and had been sent on 6 other jobs. See if your going to blatantly lie to a customer make sure you get your facts right ever heard of food poisoning

Tbh cafe india are usually pretty good! Been a while since av ordered from them. Tonight i ordered a cheese pizza.....thats it!! I know they are busy and understand that but waited over an hour which i dont mind if its worth while. Pizza was bad. Sorry but it was awful!! When got it, it was like a pizza that had bn sittin for a while. No stringy cheese to it ( if that makes sense) so disappointed! I never make comments but had to tonight. Couple bites out the pizza n gave up. now in bin! Starvin so gony make cheese n toast n go to bed! Will order again tbh....puttin it down to a busy bad nite!! Hope nxt time is better!

Ordered 2 onion bhajis and veg pakora. bhajis were solid and pakora was just dough, disgusting all went in the bin.
