Pasqua hospital always is kind and respectful to their patience. One time when I broke my hoot I was having a hard time holding it in place for an x-ray and the x-ray Tech kindly spoke to me and told me I was doing great. Definitely 5tar care

Doctors and nurses are very professional and carefully, I can not thanks much for how kind and polite they are. Especially during this pandemic time and they are still there 24/7 in the front line to help people. My mom feels safe and secure when here and trusts what they do. Thank you once again!

I needed to call for a ride and the security guards were very friendly and helpful and called for me and wished me a nice day. Great people.

Went to the ER in so much pain from an injury it was almost making me throw up. I was offered nothing for the pain. The doctor said he couldnt do much until he knew what was causing the pain, but instead of doing the ultrasound while I was there so he could actually treat me, he made me wait 10 days to go to Prairie Sky instead. The ER was almost totally empty and he was just sitting and chatting with the nurses, so it isnt like he was stretched too thin to take the time. So I get to suffer for an extra 10 days because he couldnt be bothered to do the ultrasound.

This place is a joke. My boyfriend has a torn achilles and he needed surgery so they call us on a Saturday saying to be there in 30 minutes for surgery which was super surprising. So we rush there and then end up waiting all day to know if he is even having surgery Saturday night or Sunday. Mind you he has not eaten since Friday night. The nurse staff (Chris and Chantel) are very nice nurses but the hospital itself is a joke.

Staff working there are great people....from nurses to technicians to porters to doctors.... all great awesome people. But what’s going on with the the food? I realize one not going to be getting restaurant type food but something tastes bad. Even the oatmeal has a weird taste.

I was just discharged from day surgery,short stay, and can’t say enough about the fantastic staff in that ward. The level of care was super. These are people who enjoy what they are doing. I’m sorry I Can’t say thank you to them all. Have a great day.

If I need to I run to this hospitality usually pretty decent (if a child is hurt) wait times are not too long, I was told they “try to get them in an out as quick as possible.” Which is pretty much the case. Other than that wait times are pretty insane (but ok’ing/good) for a Hosptial. The staff are pretty good and are accommodating as they can be.

Every employee Ive met so far has been super nice and very accommodating. The service and food is great. Just had my first ever surgery here and (literally) couldnt imagine having it anywhere else.

Went in on March 14,2019 for major surgery. From check-in to when it was time to leave, all the staff were great. They were there when needed, the dr who performed my surgery was awesome. He checked on myself to see how I was doing....I just want to say THANKS to all the staff...

The staff that were working this evening all appear to hate their job. It’s kind of sad that you get to some sort of point where you don’t even feel compassion for another human being...The Dr. we had was so slow, everything he said he would do/order, we’d have to remind him. He just replies “oh right, I forgot”. Just extremely frustrating. Common Pasqua Hospital, you guys can do so much better!!

I was in for a procedure in September. I found everyone to be very professional and friendly. I cannot say enough good things about all the staff I interacted with. The whole procedure was professional and trouble free. I have had several previous procedures and have had an eight day stay in a ward several years back. I can’t say anything bad about the facilities and staff of this facility! I would suggest that some of the negative reviews have more to do with the individuals that the staff at this facility.

Awesome Emergency hard working nurses that made my weekend

My mom had to go to the emergency and we had a great experience.She was taken care right away.The doctor and staff was very kind friendly and knowledgeable.The hospital was very busy she didn’t get a for a day but they were very helpful and all her right away.I am really Thankful.

I was recently a patient on the 3rd floor (3D i believe). Everyone, my doctor, nurses, the pharmacist, social worker and therapists, provided excellent care. I have never been treated with respect by every care giver in a hospital, until now. Their kindness and concern was greatly appreciated. The only thing bad was the food!

I went there on 3rd January 2019 with fever severe back pain because of kidney stones and shivering. I wasn’t able to sit too. The nurse on the front desk was really rude. I saw she was checking vitals while we sit on the chair in front of her and while I sat there she ask me to stand up and made me stand long. We went there at 4 pm and waited until 9.15 with this severe pain . Asked 3 times at least to give a pain killer then she said you should take it before u come to hospital.. so what’s the meaning of emergency then ? I took meds at 2pm and I went there at 4. The people around me went to tell her and she said I know. Her shift done and the next nurse came but she was entirely different from her , also the nurse inside doctor everyone was fast and so helpful. Thanks for them and I really appreciate. Just giving one star because of the nurse on front desk

Not the hospital itself, but the website is terrible. Trying to find answers to simple questions is almost impossible. ie. hours of operation of emergency department. Have times for while hospital but cannot find info on emerg. for that hospital. Takes you to health region info.

Helpful and Friendly nurses and technians.

Dont like to come here often, but have been treated very well when I have had to be here. Sometimes have to wait quite awhile in Emergency but thats how it goes...some things take priority over others, thats how it works. Which hospital would you go to where that would not happen? Anyway, all positive experiences! I am grateful to have care when I need it.

Complete nonsense 7+ hours waiting in emergency without seeing a doctor yet which is rediculous when a persons condition is worsening by the hour how the hell do you leave them for almost half a day without even being seen by a doctor worst thing is we only need the doctor for 5-10 minutes how the hell they call a 8 hr wait emergency service is beyond me

My father was taken by ambulance to the hospital. He was admitted right away but it was 6.5 hours before he saw a doctor. The waiting times are pathetic but I have to hand it to the staff. The doctor we saw was knowledgeable and took time to explain what was happening with our dad. The nurses are to be commended. They are SO over-worked but carry on with kindness and good humour. Ironically, from my dads window in his hospital room we can see the new Mosaic Stadium. What a joke!! Thanks, Mr. Wall and whatever powers that be, for the unnecessary new stadium. From what Ive seen these last couple of days that money should have been put into our ailing healthcare system. Grrrr.....

Went to the er for stitches and ended up waiting over 6 hours so I left, there was no end in sight and I had to get home to my kids. I usually go to the general but decided to give the Pasqua a chance, I wish I would have went to the general! The nurse was really good and apologetic when I said I had to leave. I didnt get any food or water when I was there which was over supper time. I will be calling and making some suggestions for improvements, heres to hoping I can manage my large cut at home!

Horrible service. Critical or not, if a patient’s been waiting for more than 8 freakin hours, I think it’s about time you take them in. My dad went in at 3:00 pm straight from work just so he could get quick stitches to his index finger due to work injury. It’s 11:05pm right now and he’s still sitting there waiting. Samething happened to his friend and when they finally looked at him, they had to amputate his finger because of how long ‘he’ waited to get it stitched. General hospital is a thousand times better.

I dislocated my hip yesturday and due to lack of beds i have to suffer in pain and to sleep in the er room at my local hospital until a bed opens up so im still waiting for a phone call from pasqua so that the ambulance can rush me into the hospital and get this dealt with id rather be dead then sit here in this amount of friggin pain

I have always had great bed side manner from the nurses and drs at the pasqua hospital my advice to those who hate the wait time I understand that your health and situations are an emergency but they call people in due to the emergency situations its not first come first served but my advice is always check which hospital has the special needs for you sometimes people go to the wrong hospital that doesnt have certain trauma units they are split up between the General hospital and Pasqua hospital and to be honest our province is in need of more drs and nurses and a 3rd hospital times like this I miss the Plains hospital❤

I was taken upto Pasqua Hospital..from (WGH)... many years ago ..by : Ambulance 🚑... Gallbladder Issues... (Jaundice also) had many attacks..anytime of the (Day or Night) in a lot of PAIN.... then finally had an Operation... Thanks 🙏 Dr. Marly Tcherni .... is A Great 👩‍⚕️ Surgeon!!! P.S. Had to go into the Pasqua hospital in pain, and found the staff very Kind and Friendly with Caring Hearts, but being in pain for 5hrs was the down fall and I didnt get out in 9.5hrs, But it was a good wake up call to stay the heck out of there and take care and pride in yourself and you wont have to waste your precious time in a low frequency reality and draining your energy and be more out in nature or with loved ones to put you in a higher frequency with good energy and keeping all them aches and pains away, Other wise if you have to go to get help and have no choice I would recommend Pasqua hospital to anyone as they still will get the job done and back on your feet again, But all in time, just like clock work :)

If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. Its not even lack of staff its just a lack of work ethic. They dont care, they constantly disappear and leave you to wait. Extreme pain and just left to rot. Go to a clinic or something because its a waste of time here.

My roomate next to me which was an older woman didnt get her diaper changed in hours. Was still crying and calling to the nurses after waking up hours later.

Have had nothing but good experiences from the hospital. The doctors are always knowledgeable and the nurses are always kind.

Known for racism against First Nations people. It still hasnt changed. A few of the triage nurses yell around at First Nations people in front of everyone. Alot of patient profiling goes on here.
