Ordered the ribeye steak it was tender and soft delicious. The blooming onion was crispy but tender broccoli was tender but not mushy. My wife had the tenderloin and was also very satisfied. Great service.
I dont remember ever having a bad meal at Outback. Been to crowded one before but that hardly applies now.This restaurant shines as usual. Outstanding steaks and sides. Absolutely love the sweet bread loaf. Great service, great people. Enjoy!
Hadnt been to Outback in a few years. Got the steak and shrimp fettuccine, just needed a little more sauce and it was great. I wish theyd bring back the add-on crab legs!!
Outback missed the target for our takeout experience. The staff was friendlier in person than they were on the phone. The order was correct; but my wifes Salmon was undercooked and our mashed potatoes were... not sure what was going on with that. My steak was overcooked, not medium but well, still edible and had good flavor but not on point. I used to go to Outback years ago but the rapid decline of food quality drove me away. This quality of food preparation is not surprising or unexpected. This is not central to just Outback--most organizations dont do well with takeout especially fish, notably salmon. There is tremendous room for improvement Outback! Deliver quality and excellence--we need to get back superior quality, excellence, and customer service. NEEDS WORK!
This place is like a truck-stop diner, not in any way a steak house. Someone needs to tell the cooks that a rare steak means its rare on the INSIDE. Wait-staff need to know that when you ask them to sear the steak for 30 seconds a side that doesnt mean they return it triple-well-done. In fairness to the staff, restaurants this poorly run are a consequence of inept management. Avoid this place and find a truck-stop nearby, the food is likely to be far better than here.
Our server was very nice and understanding when my daughter didnt like her meal. He quickly offered an alternative and kept us updated on its progress.
Im done with Outback Steakhouse-- for good this time. *Day one of reopening the state for public, unmasked dining.* Its been a while since Ive gone to Outback, but had some nostalgic favorites I wanted to relive. They reopened on a limited menu and axed favorites like prime rib. Another big change is the pricing. Its on par with much nicer steakhouses (not your John Howies -- think Prime Steakhouse in Redmond). The food was poorly prepared. Our blooming onion was both soggy and burned - how does that even happen? My boyfriend received a third of a serving size of his mashed potatoes as a side - this was pointed out by the server, but the other half us coming! never materialized. My filet steak tasted very old and off-putting. Worse, it was basically steamed. It had no char on the outside and the silverskin was soggy, not firm as a normally cooked steak would be. The bartender was fantastic though. This is the only reason we would return.
I know Outback varies from location to location in terms of quality, but one thing theyve never been short on is great staff and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I always order the Victoria filet, and in all the years Ive been enjoying Outback, the quality of that cut has never wavered.Its wholesome food, clean, warm atmosphere, and terrific staff. Always a solid choice.
My husband and I order from outback quite often & we have experienced our fair share of different store locations. This one in particular is my favorite, as we have literally never had a problem with our order or the customer service. 5 stars!!
Used to love coming here but it seems the employees just do not take pride in their work anymore. The heavier set fella who works in takeout Is extremely rude the last two times we have ordered takeout he has dropped the food in our car abruptly and while I tell him to have a great day he just shrugs us off. Sadly we will not be back at this particular location
First, our greeter was not very friendly. He tried to shove my family into some corner of the restaurant away from the rest of the customers. It was not busy. We had to request to be seated elsewhere to watch the game and be around other people. I dont know if it was because we were the only Asian family but frankly it was upsetting. The food was edible but nothing amazing. They remodeled fairly recently though and I appreciate the modern decor and dim lighting. The only reason this place is getting a decent review is because the waiter was so kind to us. Wont be back anytime soon.

Ordered the 8oz Sirloin medium rare with mashed potatoes and two side salads.Got bread and butter with it.Everything was delicious.The steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned so well it didnt need any sauce.The salad was fresh and crisp and the bread was soft and delicious too.Excellent experience.
Service was good at Outback Steakhouse. Outback Steakhouse Restaurant was not busy, so we were seated right away.Blooming onion was on the salty side for my taste, but I tend to cook low salt home. So perhaps I am just more sensitive to it. My girlfriend disagreed and thought it was good, not too salty.I also ordered the crab sandwich. Nice presentation, but lacking in crab flavor. I would not recommend this dish. My girlfriend got the chicken alfredo and this was surprisingly good.
Great place to eat and the inside is really beautiful! The customer service was great because our servicer brought everything I asked for and more; Sauces, drinks refilled, and to go boxes all on time! We ordered the fried lobster tail, sirloin steak, and fried shrimp. It was excellent! Blooming onion is better with ranch, but the horseradish, bloomin sauce is zesty too!

First off, as an Aussie, there is nothing Aussie about this place. The only Australian beer is considered a joke by everyone there. Which is a shame since we have some good beer.Anyways the food and staff are always nice, its a little more on the expensive side but still worth it.
We stopped by for dinner and had the 12oz sirloin with asparagus and steamed broccoli and the ribeye with the potato soup and fries.I preferred the ribeye as it was more tender and at the temperature we ordered. The sirloin came out one level higher.I liked both veggie sides, which wish the portions were slightly bigger (these were the only low carb options).The fries and potato soup were nothing special.

Outback is a pretty classic family diner to me. Its been around forever so theyre consistent and reliable. Theyre staff are more often friendly, though theyre all super steak lovers so thats all theyll recommend. I would recommend the sirloin on average, its worth the price and very hard to miss on the cooking. It also tastes great with a baked potato since its pretty low on fat.
Service was friendly and fair. Nothing spectacular. The sirloin had more sinew than I prefer and it wasnt seasoned well for my taste. Ill go back and try a different cut.

Outback was super busy when we visited on a Friday night. Our wait was cut short by being willing to sit in the bar at a high table. Our steaks were great! Seasoned well and cooked just right. Even though they were busy, our waiter did not rush us and we enjoyed a leisurely dinner.

The $20 steak price for the 8oz steak was totally reasonable! The loaded baked potatoes are delicious and the COVID procedures are reasonable. This is a great place for a date night when youre on a budget. The only thing is that you have to remember to enter on the right side door and exit on the left side door (this is when youre outside the building facing it). Also, the restaurant is strangely located behind another store and you can miss the turn into the parking lot.

Came a few times to this place only to find out its closed. They never update their website or google. Even when you call it says theyre open for business but the place is clearly closed. Definitely not a reliable restaurant.
This place was crazy busy, but we were still guided to our seats after hardly waiting at all. Our server had really good energy and made is feel like we were a genuinely welcome presence. We appreciated that the restaurant was clean and inviting. When the items arrived at our table, we enjoyed how nicely they were presented and how fresh everything seemed. The steaks were seasoned and cooked perfectly. We would be very happy to make this a regular dining experience.
Family and I had a great dining experience here. Due to covid dining restrictions they have lowered capacity and they do not take reservations, tables are given on a first come first serve basis.Food was super great, blooming onion, wings and coconut shrimp were great appetizers and very filling, portions are very big for everything. Great for sharing!

One of my favorite places. Love the prime rib. Nice atmosphere, friendly waiters, good food and drinks. Always clean. This is another restaurant that fills up quickly. Free parking and drive up service.

Im not sure what happened to the Outbacks I use to love... but this place needs an overhaul worth of training to fix.The waiter should have made sure we had drinks and endless breadsticks long before we grew bored of idle chatter.The menu needs some attention. Paying over $20 for a little meat with a basic side isnt winning over anyones wallets.The meal itself also had issues. No Regular Ranch for the salads. The meat was under cooked to our tastes. Mashed potatoes with the skins just mashed in... just seems lazy.I understand with COVID and the tough market. Its difficult to run a profitable restaurant, but that shouldnt mean you can stop trying to be the best one. Hope future experiences are worthy of the ratings I love to give.
We had a truly unique experience at the Outback Steakhouse. I was hoping for a good steak, instead we got a first hand look at how outback performs it’s best health code violations.Our dinners included a half rack of ribs. The server managed (somehow) to get the rack to roll off the plate onto the serving tray. You know that thing that may get a wipe every month. Anyway she leaped into action, quickly moving between us and the tray to attempt to block her next move (which worked poorly FWIW). She reached down, picked up the rack and shoved it on the plate then placed on the table.Now I have to say I was a little surprised. When the rack rolled of the plate I was surprised, and then she used her hands to place it back on. This to be be honest really threw me. How does one respond to that? We asked them to take it back, and they were kind enough to take it off the bill for us.Anyway, next time you find something weird in your steak, or your ribs, you can be assured it is almost certainly fresh, from when it rolled down hall.

Food okay wait staff is okay. One time we went we had the best experience with one waiter who was amazing. The next time we got someone who was on there phone and was rude like we where interrupting her when we asked for anything.
The bartender Mike who works here is most likely the best bartender this side of Florida! He is that great. I had an issue with some lamb that I ordered and he went above and beyond to ensure that the issue was corrected. He turned what could have been a bad experience into the best experience I have had in quite a while. Hats off to you sir!
I went a little after lunch time and they didnt have a hostess working , so we were greatly by our server. He was the only person waiting tables while I was there, but he was very efficient. My party of 3 was very happy with our food and service.
Used to go here every two weeks, always good food and very nice staff. Now during the quarantine their take-out service is perfect - no need to talk, no need to touch anything, everything is done quick.Love this place

A great place for a nicer dinner. Prices are a little more than a typical restaurant. But the food is good! Not only do they have steak, but also seafood! Reason for the 4 star is because of the service. It is not always 100 percent all the time.
Regularly visit Outback at the Bellevue location. Last visit was early evening pick up on Sept 4th. Our filets were on the small side and overcooked as was the chicken breast in our other entrees. Wasnt busy so may have been a new cook. Shared concern with location mgt and no response. Difficult times but not what we typically expect or receive from this location.
Steaks were not cooked correctly. Too well done, they did correct but we had to wait & received no discount for that. The host wasnt friendly at all & did not want to accomodate our seating preference. Also the place was dead at around 8pm. That was the first sign to me the restaurant wasnt very good.
The food and service was excellent! As it turned out this was a great spot to watch the second half of the Superbowl! Not remotely crowded and plenty of TVs.I had the 12oz ribeye cooked to perfect medium rare with mashed potatoes. Not only was the steak excellent but whatever they put in the mashed potatoes was very good.
Me and my family always have a good time there! The food is good and the staff is really friendly! You never have to wait too long to seat and eat, so it is great to go with the kids!

Best outback in the area. Matt in the bar is amazing. Zack is great in the dining room. And Carrie is great wherever she happens to be serving on a given day. You can get great service here if you ask for them!

Ultimately, Outback is slightly above average in my mind. Were it possible, I would give them a 3.5. The food was - fine. I had a steak caesar salad, and it was... fine! It wasnt amazing, but it wasnt bad either. My wife had a sirloin, and enjoyed it. For a decent price, you get a decent amount of decent food. What pushes this slightly above the average, from 3 to 3.5, was the service. Our waitress was attentive, knowledgeable, and enhanced the evening without dominating it. Overall, I will return to Outback, as it filled the role of casual steakhouse competently, if not memorably.

The ribeye was chewy and quite grizzly for what I’m use to eating- at least 3/4 of the steak was that way- told the waitress and she deducted 4.50.. won’t see us again
With a larger group (14), we had one (1) server. She did ok but we werent pleased that our food and beverage needs werent met in a timely manner, especially as we were dropping a bundle of cash! Quality of food and menu choices were good, along with acceptable an seating arrangement.

Arrived during happy hour and was pleasantly surprised to find small plates and very reasonably priced small meals available. I had a half Cobb salad with chicken for $7, my companion had the bar burger with fries also for $7. For starters we had the cheese fries with spicy ranch dip which I believe was $5. There were drink specials, although because I was driving and it was raining and dark, I didnt partake. Their happy hour was a new find for me but I will definitely go back!!
There was a time that outback was the creme-de-la-creme of the steak world. But I have found that they have greatly reduced their quality over the years. now it seems to be a place that is overpriced and under delivers. I realize that this is not your super expensive steakhouse. But it is in the same realm as a Black Angus or something like that. But honestly I would prefer to spend my money at Black Angus. I feel like the portion sizes are better and the meat are better quality cuts. I just wasnt impressed or satisfied after coming to outback. Its just not that good

Never had hot plate... I think in order to bring all food at the same time they keep your food in the kitchen. As a result it is never hot just warm food. Id prefer to have my steak little hot right after grill... Taste wise they are good.

Overall good experience. My seared ahi and asparagus were excellent. My husband was not impressed with his steak. The kids were happy with their choices. Our server was engaged and efficient. It would be 5 stars if the steak was better and if the server checked back a little quicker when my daughters drink was empty.

I havent visit a Outback Stake in a long time since I moved from California, sadly the experience wasnt as I hoped it would be. My ribs were good, a little cold but tasty. My wifes and daughters prime rib and ribeye were tastless. Restaurant was clean and welcoming, the hostess was polite and friendly and our waiter was friendly but plain. I will give it another try and hopefully it will be a better experience.

Worst experience ever! My wife’s steak was undercooked so she sent it back. When they brought it back it was over cooked. We were told a manager would come by but never did. Our server didn’t offer to bring her anything else. She took her plate and we never saw her again. Don’t waste your money at this location!

Started out bad filthy menus. Waitress said the meal came with 2 sides anyway baked potatoes had a long hair in it we both lost our appetites waitress didnt seem to care the manager gave us half off the meals and the waitress then said there was only one side. We wont be going back plus the steak was small tiny and dry and the lobster was like rubber. Ive never seen a steak so small.
The service was terrible. only got refills when we asked a server that was not ours. my steak tasted plain and at the end of the night the lady serving us did not give me my change. she did not deserve the tip she ever so gracefully gave to herself.
