I think kitchen staff and chefs are very rude. Zero star. Not a fan. Epic fail 👎👎👎👎👎This place seems very posh and organised from the onset. Until you actually enter to experience the institutional wreckage for yourself. Ill give props to the guys at the security. I believe theyre a diligent bunch who are only acting upon instructions from above and I get why the screening can be rigorous.Now, lets go to the kitchen. An amazingly beautiful place to eat. Great scenery, with cushioned, meticulously-shaped, chandelier-looking puffs or some design of some sort as ceiling. The actual cooking space is pretty small but manageable. And then theres the people behind this beautiful kitchen. The people who actually make the food you ingest into your body. Youd easily think the attitudes and behaviour of the team members and whole kitchen staff, (main chef and sous included) for a sophisticated place like this, would match its beautiful decor. But NO, theyre the most impertinent bunch you will ever experience. I remember a man from the kitchen team named Nigel. Hes actually the worst. He has on ocassion, been verbally abusive towards an agency worker, under no reasonable provocation. And from what I understand from conversation with his fellow team members, thats a known trait. Making silly comments about people is just not right and also, unacceptable.Someone like that shouldnt be working ANYWHERE near food or be making food for people to eat. One general observation is how the whole place, not just the kitchen, lacks diversity. The world has come too far for such an important European institution to be centralised around certain kind of similar-looking people or race. Institution needs overhauling of its structure and creed. While that may take some time, I believe the good place to start would be the kitchen. If only they could to fix their attitudes, leave their problems at home and work effectively as professionals without venting or making poor agency workers and visitors a receptacle for their horrible life or poor choices. Horrendous! Do better.
