Loads of cool kitch items, alot of them are good quality items but a few are flimsy e.g. the bathroom cabinets I went in there looking for...tho came out with everything bar something for the bathroom! Just check the feel and quality of what your buying, alot of items were in there boxes so defo check before u buy! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I like this shop cause of good access to all of the items, always full stock, friendly staff with good knowledge about thier assortment. Easy access for disabled people on the wheelchair. You can get everything for your home, from the sheet of paper to garden fence. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service. Was sowing meadow mix seeds in the garden and ran out. Out of stock everywhere in Reading! Called The Range and they put their last 3 bags of stock behind the counter for me. Brilliant service and now a complete meadow has been sowed.

Plenty of stuff and variety of goods to purchase. A great store with free parking and shopping on two floors full of goodies and all the household stuff u could imagine. There’s also a small coffee shop upstairs.It’s quite difficult to find an assistant on the shop floors to ask any question. The staff at tills are knowledgeable and helpful.

We found out our tree just couldnt stand up and was just too knackered. so we rushed down to the range to grab one. We found one we liked but there was none in stock sadly. However we were saved by their excellent customer service by providing us with the one on display which shocked us as we didnt think you could have the ones on display but nonetheless we were extremely pleased and grateful. Thank you very much Range. Will definitely be returning again.

The Range is good for getting household items. The queue can get very long and not enough staff at the tills.

A one stop place where you find everything you need for your home. You will find a huge collection of wall decors, figurines, garden equipment, furniture and what not. Easily accessible, right infront of the Reading station.

Great location and Ive spent loads in there this year after buying my house. They sell the branded paint less than others. I returned a chair 6 weeks after buying it and there was no issue, you have to applause them for customer service

Every time I go to the Range I buy something or the other interesting. It has various House hold things, kitchen necessary things, stationary, photo frames and lot. And all with reasonable price.Staff is very helpful and return policies are easy.I would definitely recommend the store.

Had to buy extra large throws and we managed to get themfrom Range.The shopsdisappointed me as they only had large ones.

Always a positive experience in the Range. Its hard to find your way around unless youve been there before good options for pets and sweets. A lot of things to decorate and cheap toys for my nephew. Great store.

The visit was a quick one and I got what I wanted, staff were polite and the place was clean, all is good.

Wide range of products available. Cheap prices. Similar business model to IKEA BUT movement is not just in one direction. A mix of B&M and IKEA. Store was slightly cluttered but nothing was too difficult to find

I love the range. This store is always never too hectic which is just what you want when shopping. Till staff were not overly happy but we are all human at the end of the day, hence the one star missing.

First time in a long time visiting Reading Range. Got what was needed. Covid secure and fast checkout.

Packed with all sorts of things you either were looking for, or didnt realise you needed. And at the moment, it opens until 4:30 on Sunday (Reading branch anyway) which is super useful as most DIY / home goods places close at 4pm

Interesting store selling a range of food & non food items

Whilst The Range is one of our favourite shops to visit, we were not impressed after our last visit we received a fine for over staying in the car park by 15 mins we decided to have a coffee before leaving this beverage has cost us £60, not impressed..

Really, large shop. Great service and products are good value for money. Toilets were clean just need a lock on one of them

What a rubbish visit to the store the supervisor ( Bobby) was very rude to us not capable of dealing with the situation all your spas that were on show saying take it away today!! when there was no stock at all on the majority of Spas so misleading to all customers looking at them,her customer service was appalling.So Ended up paying £700 elsewhere where the staff were very helpful. You have just lost a couple of customers that spend a lot of money in your store and I will tell a lot of my friends on social media about my experience too.

It was a bit disorganised and I couldnt find any staff when I wanted to ask a question. The prices are very reasonable however.

My daughter visited a week ago and has a hearing impairment she can lip read only so well and its hard for her at the moment. when she went in she went to find scrapbooks and asked a young girl near the sweets if she could show her them. girl pointed in a direction and my daughter went to that direction and found another member of staff and asked. Lovely girl noticed she was deaf and removed her mask so my daughter can read and spoke to her in sign language. My daughter was pleased with her visit after this it made her feel really happy. Girl was young with glasses and short dark hair didnt get a name sadly. Very nice and my daughter found lots of things she needed

There were a lot of missing shelf edge labels so I didnt end up buying at least 8 items I might have bought if I knew the prices of them.Queue was quite long and the shop floor was piled with wrapped pallets.Not the best Range store I have visited unfortunately.

They have moved items around so I didnt know where to find things.It is much more organised than a few months ago though.

Nice shop that sold everything, starting from home decor to stationary to hobbycraft to food. Helpful customer services staff as well.

They have lots of good but i heard rumour the management treat the employers very bad .many young people. some supervisor left.this put me off.when your buy almost in the same place,its good to see the same sale people who smile .could you please this time remove this horrible persone. I dont have any family in UK .and im night lorry driver .to burton upon trent , palletforce .but i can see cleair.so please call back the old workers and supervisor.and move this persone to another shop .and soon you will see the true.

Great shop, its well laid out and has got a good feel to it and youll find some good stuff in there.

Pallets in the middle of multiple Isles in one area, meaning you have to find the long way round.Went up to their coffee shop and waited about 5 minutes before someone arrived to serve me (the was no Que just no one at the counter)

I love it here. Staff are kind and go above and beyond to be friendly, especially in the cafe. It has a good range of quality products at very decent prices. Fun for mooching and good for essentials. Parking is easy and free :-)

The positives are... The Range is fully open during lockdown. It has an extensive range of stuff at reasonable prices. The negatives are... the till queues and missing price tickets on many products.

My go-to place for shopping for great quality dishes and cuttlery for affordable prices. Nice quality assortment of home deco, gardening stuff, great quality of furniture (this one is on the pricey side) and so on.

Some great prices in most departments. Store not perfectly maintained (some areas without prices on lots of items) but still ok. Feels like a better Woolworths! Everything youd need.

Range has everything. i mean everything from furniture, childrens toys, hardware, toilet seats, down to maca powder and large triangular toblerone. It does have a rather dated 70s/80s feel , but thats ok while you while away an hour or two on a wet Sunday afternoon.

New to the range but have variety of good stuff, bought some spanners here and will be back for some more

Whats not to like here! Free parking, cafe inside and lots of lovely items for all your family and friends plus your home or garden. The Range has a great variety for everyone, one of my favourite places to shop.

Asked a member of staff about an item available on the website but was just told to order it online as probably not in store, I also selected 2 items which at till were priced higher than the shelf price but just told they must be in the wrong place. Wasnt filled with confidence over todays shopping experience

Its well laid out, but the staff dont have a clue. Most are kids, and the manager had no idea, exit doors locked, no keys. They open at 9am because you cant expect people to get up too early for work. Wrong attitude, I get up at 05.30 latest, have done for 37yrs of my working life. Retail shops should be open from 06.00hrs to 22.00hrs, not the same hours 99% of people work because the young generation are little darlings who dont understand the phrase work ethic

Range of good, excellent to Key Workers during first lockdown.Good Parking during week, busy at weekends due to Aldi. Pro active with personally offering everyone antibacterial gel on entering.

Very good for the cuality

Good shop for all round of household products and garden materials. Located at very convenient place. Parking sometimes could be busy mainly coz the entrance to parking could be blocked. I would not recommend for swimming pool products which is poor quality for the price but good shop for household interior etc.
