Superb results, professional company. I have an expensive goose down jacket which I thought I had ruined, by washing at home. The folks at Regency had a go and the jacket came back like new. Definitely recommended. We have several dry cleaners closer to home but I’ll drive across town to come here in future.

I was looking for a professional laundry service to launder my goose down duvet and I am so glad I chose Regency. They picked it up and delivered it back the very next day, in an appropriate duvet carrying case. My duvet is like new. I would definitely recommend their services.

We use Regency Dry Cleaners regularly and are consistently pleased with the quality of the cleaning. From everyday clothing and suits to designer dresses everything comes back beautifully cleaned. They even got a difficult wine stain out of a bespoke designer dress. Household items like comforters and quilts are done really well too. This is the only dry cleaner in the area I will use. Highly recommended.

The service in store was very polite and professional. They made a great job of dry cleaning my suit including removing some stains I pointed out.

Took a pair of curtains in - paid £53 for them to be cleaned only to find on returning home that they werent cleaned properly. The wee on one of the curtains (from our puppy) hadnt been cleaned - it was still visible and smelly. Unfortunately since we didnt notice this until later on I thought there was little point trying to take back as we had no proof the stain wasnt a new one ( but I knew it wasnt).

We have been using this dry cleaners for a while and unfortunately had to stop. They dont wash clothes properly! We have been mainly using it for shirts for my partner but three or more times now we had to return them back because they came back the same way as they were left. With dirty lines across the cuffs. When we challenged them they said that they dont scrab the shirts when washed and therefore they expected it to be normal to pay for something to have it washed and still be DIRTY when returned to you!I advise you not to use this shop as we were devastated with the lack of customer care and poor service when challenged.Its sad because it looks like a nice small family business.Keep away!
