This guy is a fraud. I gave my computer two months ago for troubleshooting and he talked some random things about replacing the working components. He kept saying that a few parts were damaged but those were working absolutely fine. This guy always gives an excuse that the motherboard has some issues but never states the problem. When I asked specifically about the problem he said some component had an issue which I can never verify. I suggest everyone to stay away from this person. I should have seen his guys response to the other 1 star review before visiting. A business is judged not by how it responds to good reviews, but by how it takes care of the negative reviews.

I had a software issue with my HP laptop. I visited a few best dealers in the town, got a response that my hard drive got crashed need to replace it. For recovering the data need to pay almost the same price as the hard disc.Then I visited Arun Infotech, Arun provided me the correct info regarding the issue with my laptop and fixed without replacing my hard drive without any loss of my data. Id like to give a huge thumbs up / high five to Arun and Arun Infotech for being 100% straight forward and fair with me regarding a printer repair. I use my Canon LBP 2900B for office documents printing, which have started to look faded with lines. After reading and trying all the online help things I gave up and took it to Arun Infotech, Rayagada. After 3 days I got my printer back and for just Rs. 300. It was printing like the day I got... Impressed! Arun you deserves 6 star man.

I was in rayagada for few weeks, and my system had some problem. Therefore, I approached Arun Infotech by seeing google reviews which turned out to be deceiving.Most of the reviews of this place are fake. He charged me extremely high than other shops, and gave lousy justification for doing it. He did a terrible job for inspecting other parts, which failed after few days. I will recommend to stay away from this cheater, and find someone trustable.
