Actually the day we went to grab my parcel 06/10/2021.They shipped there story to masapeta. So there is no more available the store better to avoid following the google maps

Very very bad Experience... Courier Boys are irresponsible.. With out reaching customer they will mention fake reason(eg: customer was not available and customer requested future delivery date etc..) for Non-delivery in site. If you really dont have interest to work in this area please choose another type of work.

Very bad experience I am facing with delivery, without calling me my return order is rejected. I sent multiple queries and multiple messages still no one of delivery agents are not calling me. I am facing this several times with delivery agents irresponsible behavior. I order so many bots at all time atleast the delivery agents are not called me.Note: I am sending multiple mails and queries regarding one of my gate lights which I received defective product, after that return request I sent after waiting so many days without calling me, my return request is rejected, but they mentioned customer was not available, before that also I updated my secondary contact number also after that also no one is responding. Why happening like this I dont know.This is very very shameful to your service.

Delivery service is good but the way how they treat their customers is not upto the mark i suggest them to improve reaching to the customers lot more in delivery

Its a worst service.the delivery boys are talking impolite.they do not have minimum common sense and all are illliterate.They should not call to our mobile and also saying we called to u mobile and u phone is not reacheable.And they are calling away of 10 km and order to come there.they will not give doorstep delivery.if we ask any question ,they simpliy say u want product or not.
