First, the reason why I give it a 2 star is because it is a family residential plus business property, more of residential and less of business. It is right next to the big Shri Ram Mandir in Ratlam, connect just a lane across to many miniature markets and the famous Chandni Chock of Ratlam. This property was earlier a property of the temple, however, was granted to this family by a historic politician (not mentioning the name/s). Since then, this joint family housing at least 50-75 members, live in this property and also run their individual small industries within. Hospitable to outsiders, they are well known in the smallest city I have ever visited in my life.
