Ratlam is a very old parts and machine shop in the city. The location of the shop is very prime, so parking here is a big problem. The shop is still managed by 3 4 generations old, so the shop seems to be very messy and chaotic. Apart from this, the behavior of shop owners towards customers is also very roomy and non-professional. The new generation should renovate the shop and make arrangements to run it properly.
