Best shop in ratlam ❤

We had purchased a toilet seat from this shop. When we went to select there was a sample piece which had scratches. We asked him multiple times to deliver a fresh piece and not the one put at display. They still delivered the defective piece. After multiple follow ups and visits and fights he agreed to refund the amount for the defective piece. But it was a very bad customer service experience and waste of time, money and energy.
