Really cool and inspirational place!

We were there for 4 days. From the first day we felt at home. The tiny house was very nicely decorated and very clean. The owners are very friendly and helpful. If you have any questions at any time. We would have loved to have extended something :)

With the 5 € entrance one made already a conscious selection of the visitors (absolutely justified) and then the money goes to social and sustainable projects of the community (and is not drunk). I have looked at three houses from the inside, the yurt and several houses from the outside. Thanks to the residents for the expert information (technical, legal, etc.). Mine will not. Its not the weekend cottage. Tiny House is the small private living space, the apartment, the house. Here renunciation is lived out in all areas (including consumption). A dream came true 😍 Holle and Sarah in the Tiny. Steffi and Phillip built this tiny house, Nordic Fjöll, so incredibly wonderfully and with love. It was a home for us from the first moment and we could have moved in forever.The whole community, all of these lovely, warm and wonderful people who live on the square, have grown very dear to us.Every tiny is wonderful, stands there in its place and everything looks like paradise on earth!We were very happy there and will be back very soon !!!!Many thanks to Phillip and Steffi for letting us stay with you. We had exciting and experience-rich hotel nights in the very clean Nordic Fjöll, which impresses with its beautiful, simple white interior design, the dark wooden beams and floors and the fine kitchen. Despite the onset of winter, it was nice and cozy, even if the warmth naturally collects under the covers. To separate the upper bedroom is just clever, which many tiny houses do not take into account. The 90 cm between the mattress and the blanket can trigger feelings of confinement and the nocturnal visibility due to the lack of privacy protection on the kitchen window can reduce the feeling of privacy a little, but the view over the snow-covered Fichtel Mountains and the bread service in the morning rewarded us. The successful village story of Steffi ist Philipp is very captivating. All in all it was a great experience in Mehlmeisel and we will definitely be back!

Its great for trying out the minimalist life in a tiny house for yourself and practically living as a trial. Very friendly hosts and a wonderful location in the Fichtelgebirge that invites you to go hiking.

Well, what should I write, I am disappointed, for just under EUR 89, - totally overpriced in my opinion. I think its nice that there is a place for people who live in a tiny house or who want to try it out. But here I have the feeling that the TH Hotel is there to support the TH Village financially. The Lil Stuga was nice and clean, a bit musty when you first enter but otherwise ok but certainly not worth 89.00. Had previously vacationed in much nicer TH. Corona or not, no one asked whether I had arrived and whether everything was ok and the absolute joke, the roll voucher for 2 rolls. 😂 What does that matter, maybe 1.20 euros. So Im going to the bakery to collect it myself. Baker from October 26th to November 15th closed 😡 would have been nice if I had been told that beforehand.Too bad.

The day of the open door cost 5 euros, which is already very exaggerated and seemed more like a promotional event for their houses, which are rented as hotels. Even with the guide hardly any information, you could see only the hotels and a single private house. Zero info about life and community in the village or experiences of living in a tiny house. It was a pity, you could definitely have made more of it!

Oh yes, such a beautiful autumn festival - even if there were rain showers, the visitors came abound, everything was well prepared, the open houses well filled with inquisitive, many guided tours and many good conversation! Thanks to all the helpers, the hosts and the patient, nice visitors!

We spent a nice, quiet weekend at the Tiny House. We really liked the view, the room layout and the design. Despite the small area, the Tiny House looks very spacious and offers many cozy niches and open views.

It was a really lasting inspiring-beautiful experience with the two and in the Tiny House! Their idealism carries and will transform the place into a living place of community. I rate my stay at the Tinyhaushotel in this review. We spent two days in there for two to experience how it is to live minimalistically in such unique, ecologically built houses and derive suggestions for my planned house.On the one hand, the shell offers a great indoor climate. It always smells good and the air never feels exhausted. The infrared heaters in combination with the wood construction cause a cosiness, in which I was mostly in underpants (at 0 ° C outside temperature).On the other hand, the kitchen is really underfitted (minimalism or not, a salt and a pepper shaker, a hook for the kitchen towel and at least two small bowl for sweets or cereal should already be in it) and the bathroom is both unterausgestattet (also there missing a hook for the towel and maybe even a shelf in the shower for the shower gel, etc.) as well as technically poor (boiler is only enough for a short shower time and the toilet flush must be pressed with a lot of force. ..sausage)Even the living area is under-equipped - four hooks would be enough so that the clothes are not constantly in the way.Detailed information about the kitchen would also be desirable. Under simple equipment I understand anyway hostel standard and there are at least pepper and small bowls.Nice and unique experience but overpriced at 95 € / night.

The paths have not been cleared or gritted. Its black ice. I fell several times. The tiny houses may be clean, but the rest of the sanitary facilities are a mess. The toilet stinks and has not been cleaned in a long time. A urinal has been broken for a year. The bathroom is very cold and dirty. Nobody seems to care. Outside of the tiny houses, not much is done outside of winter either. The green areas are left to their own devices. All in all, I am very disappointed. I hoped and expected a lot more. 😞

At the beginning of October we spent three days for two in the Tiny House Village and lived in the house Nordic Fjöll. In any case, the house looks bigger than it actually is, so you shouldnt be intimidated by the number of square meters. We would love to repeat the experience of living in a tiny house and look forward to our next visit to Mehlmeisel! The only question is whether you will find suitable booking gaps in time ... ;-)

We spent 3 days in the Tiny House Village to test life in a TINY HOUSE. The Tiny House Village is a place where it is almost impossible not to feel completely at ease. A wonderful location on the edge of the forest, quiet and green with a view of the distance. The tiny houses are cozy, inviting and lovingly furnished with everything you need.The meeting with Phillip and Steffi will remain particularly positive in my memory. The young couple founded the Village and run the Tiny House Hotel with passion. I admire the passion, energy and idealism they put into this project. The idea is to enable sustainable, ecological and affordable alternative living. A business that really lives for the cause and not for financial profit. Its great that there are such people! The Tiny House Village is a project that is 10000% worth supporting !!

The Tiny House village is wonderfully located near a ski and toboggan run, from which we benefited greatly during our six-day visit in early February.The Tiny House Nordic Fjöll is very bright, stylish and nicely but subtly furnished.We lived there with two adults and a kindergarten child and felt very comfortable there. Our daughter loved the loft above the kitchen, which looks towards the living room, and spent many hours painting, reading, singing and playing up there. One noticed her very well how much she liked to be enthroned above us and had everything of her own little kingdom in view.Half a star - how do you click on that? - There is a deduction for the insulation of the tiny house.We made ourselves very comfortable and enjoyed watching breakfast in the morning - delicious selection of bread rolls service :-) - many local birds and also squirrels - all of them also at breakfast at, in and on the bird feeder on the THD site .The two operators and owners, Philip and Steffi, are extremely friendly and helpful, very personable, humorous and very pleasant hosts.We would love to come back - in summer as well as in winter! :-)
