FULL OF LIES! We ordered a 6 chair Dining Table and a dressing table from their website for around Rs 50,000 and we were shocked to find that all the furniture came in Damaged Condition and the polish was also not good. The Dining Table Top was broken and the Dressing Table had a sharp crack on the front. We contacted Mr. Vijay who is a part of Decornation and he told that the Dining Table will be replaced but Dressing Table will be repaired and not replaced. After nearly 3 weeks of our constantly calling them and messaging them, they got the damaged items picked up from our residence & we faced great difficulty as we had sold our old dining table. I also read another buyers review about Decornation saying that they lie about providing replacement and send only repaired items back to customer so I confirmed the same with Mr. Vijay but he lied to us..he said the review was a fake review. We sent the damaged Dining Table back to them hoping of getting a replacement BUT INSTEAD of REPLACEMENT TABLE, THEY SENT THE SAME TABLE BACK TO US IN REPAIRED CONDITION. We know because we had put a small mark under the table and we saw the same mark on the received item. We can say that Decornation is FULL OF LIES. If you are reading this and planning to buy some furniture, dont waste your time and money on Decornation. And if you still want to buy from Decornation, go ahead but dont expect your furniture to be delivered in 1 piece. Rs. 50,000 WASTED!

The products quality is not upto the mark. Had purchased dining table set which was delivered in May, the joints solution worn out within 3.5 months. And the customer service also not supportive. Be aware before buying from Decoration.

Good quality products, very good customer support considering they are working from a city/town which is neither a Metro or even a state capital. Genuine concern for customers. Definitely recommended, the product quality is good. I ordered flavia wooden table and I didnt notice that draw would be on the left side, which is not helpful if we are placing PC cabinet on the right side. I called them after two days of placing the order and they suggested customization is posible only before the order is processed and asked me to reach to Mr Vijay, who was extremely helpful. With little additional cost he helped process the order to place the drawer to right side and sent me updated invoice. Since they do the product after the order is placed and the product has to get delivered from up north the delivery timelines from placing the order is long. If you could wait for a month post placing your order, certainly you could trust decoration as the product is of very good quality , right dimensions as mentioned. Packing was top notch, the table pic attached came as one piece and I found very difficult to unbox because of the good packing. Overall extremely satisfied with the purchase experience and the product.

During lockdown Working from home I ordered the Study Table from Decornation. I got it delivered within the promised timelines.Customer service - interacted with Mr. Vijay ji . Very trustworthy person and acted so politely.Wood quality- felt worth spending of money. Sheesham wood quality.Fit and finished - excellent finishing , no gaps found.Design- 5 star - I wondered how they molded wood so nicely to form the unique product. I just felt in love with my work space ❤️❤️😊

We ordered the olivia dining table set and got it customized with 2 benches and 4 chairs which turned it into 8 seaterWe r really happy with the outcome ...their customization policy is really awesomeVery happy and satisfied with the quality and look.

I bought dining table from them. Very bad quality wood used. See the pictures attached. Bought in Feb,21 and till date no resolution has been provided. Crack in wood and now wood is shrinking and causing un even structure. Call and send mails , whatsapp number of times for replacement but nothing is happeningDont fall for their prices and lifetime wood gurrantee claim. Cheated by that only. Now raising complaint with government consumer for resolution.

We ordered a Dining set with Bench. They do make a truly heavy and sturdy furniture. The delivery took some time but the product received was well packed and made. They should probably look towards a lesser manufacturing time. Rest the quality is good.

Biggest mistake that I Ordered something from unauthentic website ie A dining table with 6 chairs from decoration..the team promised to customize the cusions of the chairs..They suggested me to order it from amazon, I sent them the cusion fabric which they lost and they delivered the chairs with all together different fabric and a broken table..I asked them to replace the table and they sent the same table after repair..the whole process took more than 3 months though I called them everyday to make it fast, finally at the end I have a broken table with undesirable cusioned chairs ..it is a worst experience I had with online shopping..I RECOMMEND A BIG NO FOR DECORNATION

It was a very good experience with Decornations purchase and delivery process. Mr Vijay was quite proactive and helpful in ensuring that the articles are delivered perfectly and on time. Only issues I observed is the table size for the 6 seater. Its a tad bit small. If the size of the table can be made a bit long, it would actually be a 6 seater. Its actually the size of a 4 seater right now which is turned into a 6 seater with 2 additional chairs.

I am super happy with the purchase and my family is excited too. The chairs are pretty, very strong snd sturdy. Plus these were shipped using great quality packaging materials that they reached me within a week in proper shape. Thanks to Vijay sir for personally assisting me with this purchase end to end. First time we are buying something made of Sheesham wood and the marerial is strong and heavy. Be blessed.

If you want to get a customised table, this is the place. Mr. Vijay ji was very patient at listening to me explaining the specifications. Response time is very quick. The quality of the product made it worth the wait!

Deleted previous one star review(Gave it because of late shipment and poor customer assistance online). Received the product well packed and in condition. But the finishing is not great on the study table. The drawer is not smooth at all and paint finishing isnt done neatly beneath the table. Try to improve shipping speed. It took me two weeks to receive the order and until the order is in our local office the DTDC tracking was not updating the location. look into it.

Update: Despite the initial pain ordered dining table. The product is good. But received it after 2 months. They should really undercommit and over serve, rather than the other way around. Hope they improve CS, because I really liked the product.Original pos t:-Twice I tried to reach out to enquire for purchasing a dining table, but have been unsuccessful. Finally I have changed my mind and decided not to buy from decornation, because I am not sure if I will get any service post purchase. These guys are more than happy to sell the same on Amazon, Flipkart and Pepperfry and give them 30-40% commision. The reason why marketplace model exists, is because of stupidity of these guys. Companies like Amazon and Flipkart make sure these guys provide the required customer service. My advice - by the same product through other online players to make sure you get service.

I’d not recommend anyone to work with DecorNation. I placed an order with them on 13th December 2020 and paid them INR4999/- online. Until 18th Jan 2021, they had not even processed my order. We repeatedly followed up with them and every time, they would only say the same thing that we will get the product within 3-5 weeks. When the 5 weeks ended and we followed up, he very casually mention that it will take another 15-20 days. We simply asked for a refund to end the ordeal. They did process the refund though.Bad experience. My recommendation - save your time and money and buy your products elsewhere.

Very poor experience, please avoid ordering. I had ordered a study table, but there was a manufacturing defect, the screws shipped with table was incorrect. When I reported the issue, they agreed to ship the right screws but never received it even after 4months. Now there is no response for my emails, calls or whatsapp. Very poor experience. Friends advice, stay away...

During the lockdown when all workplaces started moving to Work From Home realised that I need to get a workstation for myself - saw these cute tables on Amazon which were from Decornation. However the delivery was to take almost 2 months so had to cancel the order placed. The team at Decornation was proactive enough to call me and confirm cancellation as well as inform me about the logistical issues. Since I realised they were a professional bunch I decided to order directly through them rather than go through an intermediary.Placed order and deliveey got delayed due to lockdown restrictions and when I recieved the table had been damaged a bit in transit. Throughout this the Decornation guys were always available on phone to answer the queries and to track the package. When I called them about the damaged table they gave me a work around and promptly sent a replacement table top as well.All in all- would definitely recommend them for your furniture needs. Good collection, reasonable rates and most importantly - good customer service!!!

There is no update regarding my order #16468 . The tracking number which was provided is invalid. The mobile number given on the site never respond . contacted the shipping courier to which i was inform that it is invalid!

Had ordered a study table for my kid. The design flaw in the table does not allow us to sit cause the drawer hits the legs. Sent a mail to the team seeking help to get the table fixed. Its 8k in cost yet useless cause kid cannot sit and work comfortably. The response from team is unprofessional ,not even once they showed concern on dissatisfaction. Instead wrote on the difference between expectations and anticipation. Will never recommend.

Do not order on decornation . Its a worst site to order . We have been waiting for more than 35 days of our booking and these people do not have curtusy to call back and inform that they are not processing the table due to some issues . No empathy towards customers at all . Never order !

Purchased a study table. Quality is horrible!

I purchased Verena Sheesham Wood Study Table few days back. Quality of product is really good. It took a while for the shipping to come through, but given these times its ok to wait for same.Please be advised that the courier guys will only deliver it to your address. It is upto you to get someone (or DIY) to fix the legs of the table. That is the only information which I think is missing when we place the order. Regardless, it is a good study table (which you can use for WFH). Looks exactly like the one shown in images. It seems to be of decent quality too.

Given a chance, Id recommend you guys to shut down because you just cant keep up & engage with courier service providers that are 3rd rate..Pathetic experience...
