This industry is not giving proper salary. even they forces person to work and and many persons are depressed bcoz of this .even they giving salary after 45_46days .owner and and management was greedy.dont do work here if you are needy then you can go to do work in other factory but dont go ..if u want to safe your life

Head of Wreath ring department called PATHAK, is very rude as i heard worker have to do work under pressure in any department. He don know how to motivate workers with love and politeness. He just follow his ego and talks to workers very rudely. He forces workers to work overtime and also forces for work on sunday. If someone do not wants to work overtime it puts very bad impression on workers profile that is very bad thing. It effects workers salary increasing. Smartphones are not allowd inside the factory that could be good but even basic mobiles that have only call connectivity function and no camera also not allowed. It is very bad for workers. If you join here, first of all you have to take a joining form from security guard worth Rs. 20 and if you want to submit you mobile thats charges are Rs 50 for as long as you work there. It looks you have to pay for joining but charges are very less haha. HR staff is Good. Salary is 7000 for new joinings, it does not matter you dont know anything or you have some basic knowledge as you had done ITI or Diploma. Basic knowledge workers should little more salary even as freshers. They provide food in for the morning shift ( 6.15am to 2.30pm ) for all staff around 10am that is very good.

Best for learning documentation of any type...but pressure and workload is too much....for working here be yourself.
