This place is tidy and hygienic. Fair ambience.One of the costliest ice cream shops in entire Tamil Nadu/Vellore/Ranipet. Not all Toppings available here. Though taster, prices are extremely higher. Toppings prices are extremely crazy. Just add 3 Small figs-10rs. 4 cashew sliced pieces-12rs. Too much Costly. No car parking available.

The focus on customer taste while serving the ice cream by asking what are the additional things to be added to make it delicious. It is located at the junction of muthukadai. Easy accessible. Service is good.

Note to owner,I was wondering if you pay your employee in Ranipet Ibaco.First teach how to behave to customer.Yesterday I came at 10 55 am but your employee said the shop opens at 11am and it will take some more time to get things ready. I said only 5 min more and I need to go vellore. Shopkeeper replied Ibaco available in vellore u go and buy there.Then I went out and came back at 11.10am, after I stepped in, on seeing me , he went seriously to open remaining shutters.Now to the actual issue, when I started to order, he is telling all the ice cream flavors are frozen except a very few and you should order only from that. I felt like I was standing in a ration shop.Then I lost my temper and asked if he wants me to buy or leave. After that he scooped out icecream. When I asked for toppings, he said they came yesterday only and not yet kept out. I lost my patience and told him to bill whatever was scooped and left. Totally a bad experience, will not be visiting again.

The ibaco ice cream brand of Arun ice cream elite version has a shop at ranipet .The shop looks cool with ice cream for romantic ambience they also serve good quality products .They bill the ice cream and toppings together on weight basis.But still they charge the same price for ice cream and the other Topping ingredients say( nuts,chocolates ,mango,strawberry crushes) .So we are forced to pay the price of ice cream rate for toppings also which was supposed to be less

MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR YOUR BILL!!!The cashier didn’t give us a bill after payment, and when we asked for it later, he told us to wait and added weights (using his phone and other things) to generate a bill close to the amount we paid. Also in cash paid, he mentioned Rs. 300, instead of the Rs. 500 that we actually paid. We will be more cautious next time! Just a note of caution to others - please don’t forget to ask for your bill and review it well.
