Great place to stay. I recommend that you should avoid ranikhet in winters as it gets a little too cold there. Anyways, if you choose ranikhet in over others do take the room with balcony and het it cleaned before you settle in. Morning view will be rewarding is you can get up early. Food is a ok however tea is great here. I have stayed here quite few times, it is nota big property but is a family hotel.

Easy drive from Delhi and yet far far from the hustle of the city. Weekend trip or a long relaxing trip, this place can provide it all. I visited this place to escape from the harsh Delhi summer and it was just perfect. The freshest of air quality and such serene surrounding. Makes you never want to leave this place.

I had visited this hotel in 2012.Stayed for 3 days.We can view the Himalaya right in front of eyes if sky is clear.The food and service was very good. I stayed in delux room and size of room was quite large.We can take a stroll in market and see the Kumaoni life.Restaurant is beautiful.

Hotel is good as per budget. service is also good. Breakfast is very delicious. Over all we are happy to stay at this hotel. Staff is cooperative.

Location Wise good but rooms are small bathroom too very small. Behavior of staff is not so good. They gave us a capless jug. We dont expect anything like this from a hotel of Oyo.

Stay was very nice and the hotel is situated in the heart of Ranikhet, main market. Awesome view from almost every room of the Hotel. Nice place to hangout. All area is surrounded by army.Rooms are small with basic amenities . Food was good...staff was quite good..overall the stay was pretty good...

We booked it through oyo but wqhen we reached at 11: 00 pm the hotel door was locked. After half an hour 1 person came and was so rude that he asked us to cancel our reservation when confronted. Hospitality was also poor

Hate to the service quality of the hotel. We had a confirmed booking of 2 rooms and the manager provided the rooms to other persons. After a long travel when we reached there around 8 p.m., he said no rooms are available and we have to cancel our booking. They were just not bothered with the situation, I literally had to threaten them to get a response from them. After half an hour he accommodated us in another private cottage which was very beautiful but 12 km (30 min) away from the hotel, which carried extra cost to us. The manager offered to compensate each cost towards dinner and the breakfast of two couple but later, when he left the cottage, we found that we were only provided 4 plate rice and 2 half plate chicken preparation only for the dinner. Basically we felt hungry during the night. We rang the manager but he just received the call but did not respond anything. Even we did not go to the hotel for the breakfast. Will not recommend to anyone to stay with this fraud staff.

Veryyyyyy veryyyyyy bad hotel.there are lots of dangerous insects inside room.so never and never stay here.its my own true experience.no hot water in winter. and no others facilities.we had to come nainital without take bath and breakfast.
