Really bad staff mr sanjay is a big liar ... I told him twice that I have kids still he didn’t inform that u have to walk up the hill to check in the resort which was 400 mtrs and moreover the walking path was not at all maintained it was v slippery.. it was hard with small kids to climb up. Mr sanjay was v rude to say u can have tea and leave if you want and didn’t accept his mistake and told me that u should have checked google reviews before coming but it’s not his duty to inform the guest abt it...
