Located in a natures lap, this hotel of kmvn is a retreat. Dont expect the comforts of a five star restaurant but the love and care of being at home and at ease. The people serving are very helpful and will do everything to make your stay comfortable. The food from their restaurant is delicious but make sure to order the north indian cuisine and not experiment with chinese or other stuffs. The rooms are quite spacious with a garden view in some. Another thing to cause some troubles is that there are no phone connections inside the rooms. However you will get WiFi connectivity and the phone tower will be available at the hotel gate. But then that is a plus point to enjoy Ranikhet and its beauty and not be engrossed in the virtual world.

Very very very poor service dont visit

Water was having dust particles so we took mineral water, which wasnt needed anywhere else in entire kumaon. Fried rice/chowmein quantity was good for one adult, and chicken pieces were almost invisible in mixed rice/chowmien dish. It was edible however.

I love this place... and the hotel location is ultimate i have been there for 2 days and i was enjoyed a lot .. good for family and the plus point is ke hotel ka malik bht badiya hain .... parking is also available which is the most imp part.... reasonable price... !

The restaurant is just average and food quality is also ok. But what made this hotel memorable was view of majestic Himalaya while dining.

We went there in off season. The quality of stay and service was average. As the staff is very less. We have to push the staff to do work. Rooms need to more higenic and more clean as we found some dust and the bedsheet and blankets are not good. Services like first aid is not available. Although the owner is a genuine guy and resolved each and every request after a call.
