Very poor service,they dont know the criticality of deliver the medicine like product , when customer politely ask for the delivery the argument with customer and blamed that this is the mistake of customer.

This delivery center wont do the very job its being paid for - to deliver. They would ask my relatives in Sikkim (about 14kms away from this place called Rangpo) to pick-up the shipment by themselves! (So why are you employing delivery-people though, I wonder 🤔). I still gave one shot, so I ordered a product through Reliance Digital and it was Ecom Express to deliver the product. In my case, they didnt even call the recipient! Straightaway, put the product on RTO (return to origin) and the order was cancelled on Reliance - note that I have neither been contacted about any not deliverability thingy, nor confirmed about the cancellation in the entire 3-week period of patiently waiting for the shipment to reach there.This is unethical. Im imagining the hassle the elderly and needy have to go through, who cannot travel on their own and solely rely on these people to deliver emergencies like wheelchairs, medicines, etc. This nonsense has to stop because you all are paid to do one job, that one job is to do the very thing your company exist - to deliver products, and its understandable that sometimes, delivery isnt possible; but returning the consignment package of about ¼ of a kilo, after bringing it to the fulfillment center (irony-pun intended) which is only 14kms away from the receiving address and then, that even without any confirmation or notice? This is not only being lazy, but utterly disgraceful.

The service by the workers is fine, but what can they possibly do if they are just provided with a bike, how do you possibly explain a courier agency, which receives package of 10s of kgs ,how can the staff possibly deliver them on bike, for the staff the ratings is 5 for the owner its 1 for mismanagement

The shittiest courier service in whole sikkim! You never get your product delivered at time infact it wont be delivered to you at all! The response is no good... theyll call you once and when you try to reach them back they wont response, after few days theyll just return your product back to the seller!
