High-comode system doesnt work cool, others are okay.

Room size is good but not well organized. AC not working. Poor bathroom fittings/commode & commode flash not working. Uncomfortable bed, Its shake/ disturbing 😒. 14 small TV also not working. Its worthless with 2500tk/day cost.Lobby is good, clean with size. Room service and manager behaviour good. 🙂

Excellent service and rooms, recently they have renovated the hotel and added a floor too. Biggest hotel in Rangamati and oldest too! They provide water bus service and tour packages too. But only thing is lacking a good in house restaurant, which is closed now due to Covid-19 situation. Otherwise, Two thumbs up!

In rangamati this is a decent hotel to stay with low budget. Suitable for group tours as they have huge rooms with 4/5 beds. Rooms are clean and average. There is a rooftop sitting facility for guests with amazing scenic view of the natural lake. The hotel also got a personal Ghat for boats.

Awesome services, we had stayed for 3 days. Great hospitality. Gantle and cool management. 😍 Awesome.

Bad experience of bathroom and toilet..

Tariffs are high compared to facilities. They dont have intercom, lift. If you ask for geyser you will have a leaked tap 24*7.

Hotel Sufia, It is situated in Kathaltoli, Rangamati town. You can observe the lake because it has some lake view rooms. Also from the terrace the beautiful kaptai lake can be observed. Behaviour of the staffs are good and rooms are also clean.

They have AC and non AC rooms. AC rooms have also geyser facility. Their services are good. But food of their restaurant totally bad, not tasty

This hotel has multiple options with various facilities as in room size, geyser, AC etc. In dec 2019 I found the lowest price $8 (700 Taka). Well, not bad not good --- obviously not good for family accommodation. Single or solo traveller may stay here.

It’s ever worst hotel, very poor services in Rangamati, they don’t provide us right room but extra charge for another room which is their fault. All over quality of room and service too much poor, one man army the poor manager. Toilet really not usable, my kids are very much unhappy with the poor quality of toilet and others things. Geyser not working perfectly.

It was okay to stay one night if you are late to reach rangamati. Its in town so you will get the minimum facilities by hotel boy. I didnt like the cleanliness and the management of this. I think it was too cost than others place. As per the management and place, I think it should be reasonable.

Its a very ordinary hotel. Lots of rooms but not perfectly clean. Price is high for this kind of room... They have single bed, double bed, triple bed and 4 bed rooms both with and without AC. Double room cost us 1875 taka and triple room rent is 2150 taka... Hotel is still under construction from 2nd floor. So, there will be more rooms soon. The resturant is good. U have to order 30 minutes before. Foods are good... Prices are little bit high. Services are good.You can rent the boat from here. Boat can come just beside the hotel to pick u up.Overall, it was not a bad experience here.

Remarkably poor service and response rate. I have tried to contact them multiple times but no one received the phone. Same goes with the landline number! With such miserable level of service its sheer audacity of calling themselves a so called star hotel.

An excellent place to stay in Rangamati. The hanging bridge is 20 minutes distance by CNG which is the main interest of Kaptai Lake. The hotel has nice accomodatiin, a large hall room, conference room. Room service is excellent. Just beside the hotel there is a wharfage where you can hire boats to have a great journey by boat over kaptai lake.
