One of the worst online store u can buy from, I ordered 2 t-shirts and they gave me only one t-shirt but took money for 2 t-shirts n the one t-shirt which they gave was also a wrong one, and these people are cheating customers, when I contacted their customer support no reply, and no actions are being taken to correct their mistakes..They are conning people. They are cheaters, so I recommend no one to buy anything from them.

Ordered tee shirt on 8th July havent received any updates on the order. When I contacted the customer service they mentioned that one of the tee shirt is out of stock please be proactive to tell your clients about status of the order. Followed up twice but did not get any reply yet. Highly disappointed with your service will not recommend anyone to order from this site.

I have been a customer and a fan of hangout store until i became a victim of their fraudulent service!i ordered a pair of shirts last week and and a week later i sent a mail to their support to provide a delivery update as the same was not yet shippedThere is no response from their customer care.Nor they pick up my callsI went to their facebook page to post a complaint.They deleted my post shortly and thereafter deleted my account from their system.Well if thats not a fraudulent service i dont know what else to call it...Kindly avoid this site and their eye catching merchandise!!!!!

I have bought a couple of anime hoodies from hangoutstore.in I am glad I opted out for their website to order hoodies of my favorite anime characters especially Naruto and Dragonball characters. The best thing is the quality they provide; and ofcourse their in-time delivery is another add-on. Ordered my t shirt on 22 jun,it has been 5 July,when will I get it.This is very poor service.I have tried contacting them and it is always switched off and also mailed them and no reply since last four days.Never expected this.I warn everyone that dont order from them they have extremely poor service.
