The store is good, however the staff is incapable of expressing themselves well. I had a simple bill settlement issue which they couldnt explain it to me wholly. Opening a store is not enough, communication and proper rendering of services needs to be looked after. And also why the hell should we be charged for shopping bags!!!!! The store should at least have the courtesy to provide that in free, but they want to snatch from everything that they can. Unsatisfactory!!!!!Westside disappoints!

A good store with trained staff and beautiful interiors. Nice pants I got from here once... But otherwise I rarely get anything worth purchasing. Good location, can check out the home decor section for pretty items.
