I wouldnt even rate it a 1 star. First of all, this place didnt have the ipad we were looking for. But more offending what we felt, was the behaviour of staff working there. We searched for the device for a long time unattended by any staff. When we called for one..they were pretty busy in talking among themselves. We called them once, we called them twice, but i guess their cute staff to staff gossip was rather more important. After calling them out for quite some time, one of them came running only to tell us that whatever we were looking for, is out of stock.

Worst experience.......!!!!!! Don’t make a huge mistake buying from Reliance Digital. Recently bought a Bajaj geyser from there to which the fraud salesman told the installation will be done by store’ service. Upon calling the store after two days, they denied all the claims done by them (at least don’t make a false claims)More shocking thing is that when I called RESQ(Reliance Digital Customer Service) the call representative had disconnected the phone in between, without even listening the issues I had.Note: All the positive reviews and 5 star ratings to this store are given by Google Local guides 🤔

Incompetent staff. I had gone to purchase a mobile but the incompetent staff consumed one and half hours to prepare the bill and after I made the payment through Google pay and showed them the receipt of successful transaction they made me wait for further half an hour and then refused to deliver the article on the pretext that their system is not showing the receipt of payment. The staffs are rude and ill mannered.They are unprofessional. They even refused to acknowledge in writing that they are not delivering the article as they did not receive the payment as they claimed. Worst experience ever.

I was at the reliance digital outlet with my parents. The staff there were really unprofessional and incapable of handling the outlet, we could hardly here anything as the staff were playing music at extremely high volume. I could feel the vibrations standing near the AC isle. After repeatedly asking them to reduce the volume one staff would reduce the volume the other would increase the volume in 2 mins. When I asked for the manager or any senior representative we were told that there was no one.It is a request for the management staff to kindly do the necessary to maintain the decorum at the outlet.

I visited the store to ask for help related to Amazon echo dot. First they refused to give demo. After requesting one person started giving demo. On asking about the issue I had, he gave false information and said such feature doesnt exist. I tried telling him that you are wrong but he was adamant. Back home I was able to implement the feature after some hit and trials.
