Very poor service centre .if u tell them any problem related to bike they seem to be very casual .

Very poor service center... They dont have any time management. I have seen service center in west Bengal, its hell and heaven difference.Im really disappointed.

A bit away from main road but timely service available

Very bad experience with service center. I have to visit 4 time for a minor issues and still it is not resolved, and no body is helping me.

Good service. Official TVS scooty or bike service centre. Servicing done on same day. Staff are also very helpful and do the quick service. Customer waiting lounge is also good with basic amenities like TV, washroom. Tea was also served from time to time. One can pre book service appointment. It is located near Bargain chowk.

Location little bit inside. Infrastructure good. Almost 5_6,two wheeler can be serviced here simultaneously. New washing system has been introduced which is a welcome upgradation. Most of the service staff r friendly and trained. Spares division needs improvement. I always see more staff there but most of them r non functional. More quality technical skilled staff is required here. Customer lounge is there. There is a huge scope of improvement. I have 8 TVS vehicles, thats why I am regular here I give them 1 star.

Pathetic service.i gave my tvs ntorq for servicing with self start in working condition when they returned after servicing it was not working. when i asked what happened they eplied that you need to change the battery. my ntorq is not even one year old and they are asking to change the battery.

No quick response there , seems like lazy workers and staff.

Great service experience.They provide pickup and drop facility.On time delivery.Genuine parts available even for older model of bike/Scooty/etc.The mechanics are well trained and well behaved.They also provide AMC scheme.Payments through debit/credit cards are accepted.Location is a bit let-down as the approach roads are unmetalled and are not suitable for a lone girl to tread.

Waste of time

Very nice service.

Difficult to reach. They dont come for pickup if your vehicle is not starting. You have to drag your vehicle to their place or get it started in some other repair shop and then give it for servicing. We struggled for the same.
