Best BPO in Ranchi with good salary part time job

Found only 2 good things in CNX. 1st one is CNX provided salary to their employees during the lockdown. They supported their employees in the pandemic situation as well. They havent stopped the salary during lockdown period. & 2nd one is infrastructure is good.Salary is very very Poor of CNX Ranchi. And HR never understand their employees problem. HR is not supportive. he/she never ready to transfer their employees Ranchi to other locations. I was the old employee of Concentrix Ranchi but due to some reason I wanted to transfer for other location. But HR didnt understand my problem. I have given 1 year 7 months 14 days to the CNX Ranchi. Still CNX didnt give me growth, increasement in salary, transfer etc. Concentrix pays only Rs.9,000 to Rs.10,000 per month of voice agent GI DOM AIR. At a time of joining Concentrix has committed I will pay u Rs.13,500 per month in hand. But it was wrong commitment. How employee can survive in this salary structure ? HR didnt agree for transfer.CNX doesnt provide growth to their employees.Its my suggestion for the CNX management team kindly increase the salary of CNX Ranchi of GI Dom Air Voice process. At least gives 17,000 to 20,000 INR per month to their employee.Gives accommodation to their outsider employee & take accommodation charge. We will pay. If u will pay good salary of your employees.

It is one of the multinational company and one of the top level company in ranchi which provided jobs to many candidates,its located in kanke road. Almost every now and then hiring goes on,one may reach the respective place to know about the hiring and so cnx is good company with good management,well developed infrastructure..

Salary too low but best for call centre jobs of concentrix...

Concentrix is a MNC.But the staffs in Ranchi are doing partiality.They are not selecting their candidates on their merit basis. They are selecting their candidates by looking their face.If someone face is attractive then they are not taking interview round.They give job letter directly to them.when some students are saying lie in ops round that my father is farmer.Mother is housewife then they are also selecting.But when someone is saying the truth then they are not selecting. So in 2 week I know concentrix is not good company.Their requirements is by lookinng someone attractive.If the person posted in concentrix and taking interview they call their some friends relatives.They give job letter directly to them without taking interview.They are giving training as waste of time.so I will say everyone dont waste your time by going there.

I had work with concentrix for 5 years, Its a great place to work. Have great experience with this company 👍👍👍👍
