Personal experience - over rated products, felt that the range was limited when it comes to silver ear rings. Most importantly the customer service was pathetic, moment my payment was taken, is when I was told that the ear rings worth 2400/- comes in a transparent plastic packet.I felt cheated, despite I told them that it was a gift if any gift packing could be done, I was advised a normal ear ring box would be charged. A normal earing box was given to me which normally is given at all the jewellery shops free of cost. However the irony still goes on, the owner had no regrets that a customer is unhappy about the service.I feel buying online is a good option, as you have reputed brands available, more design range and most importantly good customer service.

Trendy collection and all sort of silver ware can be found at one place. They charge extra for carry box which is absurd because the customers are already paying making charges and taxes, so they should be provided the jewellery in proper boxes instead of of paper envelopes.
