Nice but is a little congested and can be improved by planning space and interiors

We stayed there for 5 days and must have complained for water for more than 10-15 times. I can understand post covid, they might not have enough staff but there is no excuse to when they say they have forgotten to start the motor. Once is fine, but they continued to do it for all the 5 days. This shows how they are lacking in their services.Apart from that staff were very helpful but everything was spoiled because of the water issue we had during the stay.

Overall a good experience. Good for single stay for one to two days. Room service, food is good. Staff is polite. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Everything comes in budget only. Only problem one could face is rooms are a bit noisy as it is right in the market place. Nd everything comes with some pros and cons

The room i was in, had dripping Air condition, bathroom was bang average, a normal 1 litre mineral water bottle costed me 33 rupees, and top it up they mixed someone elses bill with mine when I was checking out. I sometimes wonder how do they manage this business. I would recommend everyone to be little careful.

Hotel was good but service matter,s.

Spacious room available. Interior are good. Washroom are clean. Also have hall on 4th floor for different types of ceremonies. Food is also good.

Had booked the hotel through bookings. Com and had received confirmation email too. But after reaching the property I was informed that they have no tie up with booking. Com. Its one of the worst experiences I have had till date.

It is available in Ranchi, near by Hanuman Mandir. Got the bad experience booked the hotel by oyo and check in the hotel in noon time and went outside and come back around 11pm entered the hotel and see no TV is on the need to call to home service but no phone to call, very pathetic even it was not charge in my phone due to late night. Just put the phone charging and after 10 min call by oyo no to hotel, they came but they checked and said sorry at late night we can not do, only phone he arrange, it was very tough night for as I can not sleep without TV. Even room heater was not working it was very cold weather.

A decent hotel with unscrupulent staff who tried to sell me a 1500 rupees room for 1800 rupees! The hotel is located on a busy street in the market which gives you proximity to the market but you are very far from the falls of ranchi.

Booked via OYO, what amenities they promised us, it couldnt fulfilled by hotel, even power backup is not available there, worst.

Best deals in best price...goid service but one thing i sugggests u to improve ur breakfast (variety).You have only Few things in breakfast.
